I've been taking these before workouts for the last week, and I honestly can say I look forward to taking them each day!! They are not like a traditional gummy candy, more so like a chew. The taste is consistent through each gummy, not too big and not too small in sizing. The one thing I'm most happy about is that I'm less sore after lifting!! The taste is pretty unbearable, I found myself chewing and swallowing them as quickly as possible so may as well stick with capsules. I tried them for a week and ended up with more nausea than I’ve had with other products, it didn’t subside after the first few days either so these just aren’t for me. I wish they were returnable but they aren’t.

I like that 3 gummies = 5g so I can dose them to my liking, the ingredients are minimal without anything weird added, and they actually taste amazing. The sour watermelon flavor reminds me of sour patch and they have a really good texture - something that’s often missing with gummy supplements. Definitely recommend!
