Herb for Men Mustache & Beard Dye (Deep Brown, 3 Pack)

I've tried close to 20 beard dyes over the past 2 or 3 years, and all have been a waste of money because they all have given me pretty bad rashes. I finally decided to describe my irritation pattern to ChatGPT, and it listed a few products to try (this was one of them). I wish I did this sooner because this is the first product that gives me ZERO irritation and actually lasts for more than a day. I have to apply every 5 days to keep the color consistent because I keep my beard shortly trimmed, but I'd imagine if you have a longer beard, you could go longer between applications. I will say that I had a very small amount of irritation a couple times in the very beginning, but after I started washing more thoroughly after the application process, that irritation no longer happens. The application process is pretty quick too, only about 20 minutes total. The other natural dyes I tried were 1 to 2 hours which was crazy. If you are super sensitive to oxidative dyes like I am, this is definitely worth a try. I am super excited to have finally found one that works for me.

I wanted to inform you that I’m currently experiencing a skin issue. I have developed a rash in my beard area, along with some scar-like marks that are becoming more noticeable. It’s been quite uncomfortable and concerning. I don't recommend sorry!

Well finally a mustache coloring product that didn't cause an allergic skin reaction. It requires a long process, ie. 20 minutes of long to color the whiskers, but that's a lot better than a burning skin reaction.

Excellent product. After having developed an allergy to another product that contains PPD, I decided to try Herb for Men (deep brown). The application method is a little different (and about 10 minutes longer) than the other product, but certainly not more complicated. My experience has so far been great. I haven't experienced any itching, swelling or oozing of my skin under the beard as I did with the other (unnamed) product. It's important to make sure that your beard is washed, clean (oil free), and dry before the application. I was somewhat concerned that the color would be too dark, but the resulting brown appears to be a medium brown that matches well with my natural hair color. I was able to slightly adjust the shade of color by adjusting the application time for both creams. The color seems to last well and gradually disappears after about two weeks once the old gray grows back. When showering, I use a sulfate-free, gentle shampoo without lathering too much on the beard.

It’s very good because you don’t get the itching and rash that I and others get from Just for Men. To get a deep color, leave the second cream on for 20 minutes.
