Vitamins for vegan women
Positives: there are finally vitamins, that were designed for vegan women! A very broad spectrum of vitamins and minerals.Negatives: the tablets are really big, and one have to take two every day. They have a very strange aftertaste, but the worst is that they irritate the stomach lining, and I was taking them after lunch. I had to start taking Rennie with them. They are also too expensive, for over £10 you only get a month’s supply. I hope other comparable vitamins will appear on the market soon, and in the meantime I stick with the vitamins from the Vegan Society.

Ok
Good tablets, not really sure if they are making much of a difference compared to my original tablets. Bit pricey compared to other tablets

Very good
I love these and they do supplement my diet well. They are big to swallow and if you don’t swallow with enough water leave a nasty taste in your mouth so I make sure I do now!
