Needed this for my two monitors to hook up to my laptop and it works well as intended.

i kept having trouble with the brick-like hub that my computer came with. For some reason I could not get 2 monitors hooked up and working at the same time. Only one HDMI port at a time would work.I got this and almost instantly both monitors populated and work like they were meant to be attached. Self explanatory on what this does - an HDMI adapter to let you plug 2 HDMI cables to a laptop's USB-C port. This works well on my Intel/Window laptop to output video to 2 4k external monitor in "extended desktop mode" so that each monitor is independent and acts like separate displays. But on my MacBook M2 Pro, plugging 2 monitors into the adapter will force both monitors to mirror each other instead of act as 2 independent monitors. It does seem to get a little warm and but it's relatively well built with an aluminum case. Supports passing through an audio single from USB-C to HDMI.
