Let’s you really taste what’s in the sandwich.
Love this bread. It’s about 1/8 of an inch thick and still taste like Pepperidge farm bread. But even watching your weight you can have a sandwich. We love it because you can really taste what’s in the sandwich - most of us don’t use 2 inches of meat, whatever, as filling. We put a slice of turkey and maybe cheese…you can taste what’s inside and enjoy without filling up on bread. It’s all we buy as our ordinary bread

Excellent . Lower in calories for 2 slices. Great taste. Sadly frequently seems to be out of stock. 😓😓

AT LEAST ONE of THESE SLICES ISN'T THE SIZE OF FOUR PIECES OF BREAD!
We prefer Publix White Mountain Bread, but we are homebound right now. So this is our substitute. After trying multiple brands of so-called, "artisan" breads, we had had it! These are TINY slices, but at least they are not thick, thick, thick like the "artisan" breads. This is a good substitute for bakery bread. FORGET the artisan supermarket brands. Forget them! Some of them are not only thick, but two to three times the calories PER slice! AND THEY RUN SWEET!!!!! For heaven's sake, why do the big companies think we want SWEET, thick sandwich bread?????? No, this is more like you had when growing up, but the slices are pretty tiny squares. But then maybe the so-called "artisan" bread slices being sooooooooooooooooooo big changed my perception just as restaurant sized portions have changed our minds toward larger portion sizes at home! Pretty good bread here and I recommend it for plain, white bread with not a DOMINEERING flavor and not too sweet nor big! Pimento cheese fans? You've found your bread! Egg salad lovers? You've found your bread!
