This is so effective for me that I am going to be careful about giving too upbeat of a review, because i don't want them to run low on supplies. There is lots of research behind this supplement. The end.

These are really excellent! I got these because my husband struggles with taking multivitamins because of a very sensitive stomach. I liked what I read about these and how they deliver the content to the body. He has been consistently taking them each evening for about a month now and has not had any issues! For him, that’s a miracle. He’s also seen some improvement in mood, energy, and focus with them. I did deduct a star because they are SOOO expensive and I don’t think they need to cost as much as they do. However, I am going to suck it up and keep buying them because they’re the only multivitamin he’s been able to take without getting sick and that will make it worth it since he takes some meds that can lead to certain vitamin/mineral deficiencies.I recommend these for anyone struggling with stomach issues and who cannot handle most vitamins. For those who can handle other vitamins, you can probably get away with something else that is high quality still but not as pricey as these.

Fantastic quality. It's very expensive but I can tell a huge difference once I started taking it and once it ran out. These are different in a great way. The taste is strong. But that's proof it's excellent quality.The energy boost was great and they were amazing. My 77 year old father definitely enjoyed feeling vibrant again.

I went to the company's website to find out more information on why they label these capsules as "allowing you to absorb more potent nutrition from a single capsule than ever before". It states that the minerals are reduced to a size the body can use, increasing bioavailability, and that they wrap the minerals in an organic molecule and bind them to proteins the body can easily recognize and digest, they are Chelated Minerals.I then read that Chelated Minerals are generally considered "better" than non-chelated minerals because they are thought to be more readily absorbed by the body due to their binding with an organic molecule like an amino acid, which protects them from interacting with other substances in the digestive tract, leading to improved bioavailability and utilization of the mineral.None of the vitamins or minerals in these capsules have EVER given me a noticeable effect. But having taken these for a few weeks now, I have a bit more focus and clarity. I have took a star off as the price is pretty high for a monthly supply, but when the month supply runs out, if I go back to having less focus / clarity, maybe the high price will be worth it.

I’ve been taking these daily and feel a little more focused and balanced overall. They’re easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. I like that it’s just one capsule a day.

EM Powerplus claims that their vitamin/mineral supplement is "optimized" with "direct-to-cell" technology, whatever that means. They say elsewhere that their ingredients have a small particle size, making them more easily absorbed.I do know that many people rave about these supplements (just look at the reviews on this page). I have not taken them yet, but I wonder, if a "small particle size" makes such a difference in supplements, why isn't every manufacturer doing it?

These capsules came securely individually packaged. The list of ingredients is very impressive and the daily values were really great for a single capsule. The capsule isn't large and was easy to swallow. Some capsules leave an aftertaste, but this one didn't. Also, I didn't have an upset stomach, even when taking the supplement on an empty stomach. I can't speak to long term efficacy, but I actually do think I felt a little more energy when I started taking these. They are expensive, but if they do as they claim, it will be worth it, I think.
