These are a perfect option to replace old panels. No neutral wire necessary so installation is simple. Also setting it up to the app and Alexa was easy and self explanatory. Great product 5 stars

We Really like this 2x2 panel. The RGBW colors are bright and smooth, and the light spreads evenly. Fits well in the ceiling and was easy to install. Works great for office or studio use.

I was disappointed with this recessed LED ceiling light for several reasons. First, the poor packaging and lack of internal support led to the backing of both units being severely distorted upon arrival. This caused the LED diffuser surface to fail at dispersing light uniformly as intended. Second, there were no instructions included in the package, which made installation more frustrating than it needed to be. Third, the unit requires an additional cable to connect to the outlet, which was not included—I had to make an extra trip to Home Depot to purchase it separately. To make matters worse, I had to remove the entire backing of the unit, which was held in place by over 20 screws, just to straighten out the squashed backing. Overall, this product was more trouble than it was worth, and I wouldn’t recommend it unless you’re willing to put in extra effort to make it work.

Does not work without an internet connection. I tried with just bluetooth and a wifi with no internet. It refused them both. It worked immediately when it got a wifi with internet. Why? Now I have to disconnect it because I don’t trust it now that the light has my wifi password. If it didn’t require the internet, then I might trust it with the internet. There is no benign reason for it to require an internet connection.

Fixtures worked great, after sales service was awesome, we had a a fixture that was out and covered under their warranty. (out of 24 of these was not bad) Quality seems great and build seems solid. We installed almost 8 months ago.

We just love the light panels. They were easy to install as we had the old style already in the dropped ceiling. The panels interface with Alexa very nicely. Color change is easy with voice command as is dimming easy. We had a problem with the shipping but that was handled OK and the customer service people were easy to work with and they made everything good. They do need to improve their shipping boxes though.

These are pretty cool because they have the application you can install on your phone and easily adjust them to different colors or multiple options. I love having options and not just the basic same thing. These lights provide that even though they’re not super bright, they get the job done as you can see.

Update…I bought these to replace some old basement lighting. I purchased these 3 separate times and each time one was severely dented and did not function properly when wired up. So as an update the replacement loghts from earlier ones being damaged, were damaged exactly the same way (dented). I was able to get two of the four working and do really like them. Maybe it was the distance they had to travel that was the root cause of the problem, but then maybe fortify your boxes? Installation was no worse than installing a ceiling light or fan, simple…3 wires. The app sometimes shuts down unexpectedly, but works OK otherwise.
