The ladder is very well designed and built. All the metal parts are heavy duty. The hand rails and the top rail are great for stability and the foam grip covering are very comfortable. The large steps are also another safety feature I really like. The ladder is heavy at 22lbs but I knew that. The top tool holder is nicely made and helpful. Easy to put together.

Great ladder. Well packaged, easy to assemble, well designed. Works both indoors and outdoors and the handrails make it a good choice for older folks and/or people with iffy balance.

Perfect for what I needed. It is very sturdy but is also easy to move around. Folds up nicely to store in pantry. Would buy again!

This is a great utility ladder. I use it to reach the top shelfs in my kitchen and for hanging things on walls. The weight is good and due to it's thin nature when folded it's very easy to store. I have had it for awhile and this ladder has held up great.

It arrived 2days later than promised which was inconvenient as I was on a work project. Then there was some assembly required which wasn’t clear when ordered. After I got over the aggravation of time lost I can say the ladder is a good get. It’s easier to open/close & store than a traditional big box ladder. Each step is not as high as a regular ladder, but that works better for safety when you’re not as flexible as a younger person. Well made, sturdy. Overall I’ve decided to keep this ladder.

We have our independence back! This high quality ladder with safety handles have made it possible for us to safely do tasks that are above our reach. I’m only 5 feet tall and over 70 and my husband has a prosthetic leg. He lost his foot after missing the step on a ladder and doing damage to his foot that couldn’t be repaired. I noticed the steps on this ladder are closer together making it easier to step down than most ladders. My husband can safely climb this ladder hanging on to the handles, he feels useful again and that’s with a lot. I love the handle on top so you can safely stand on the top step and have something to safely hang on to. I love everything about this including the ease of putting it together, it’s light enough for me to carry and it’s a great price for such quality. We had a hard time finding someone to change a ln ac filter for us, now I can do it myself. I love having a tall ladder that I feel safe using. Thank you Kingrack!

Seul le coffret des vis et outils a demander un grands efforts au déballage car il était complètement recouvert de collant transparent. Le bon côté c'est que rien ne s'égare. L'escabeau est stable grâce à sont piètement et sont utilisation sécurisée grâce aux rampes latérales et aux marches très larges. Pour le montage les vis sont de qualité et les outils présents.

Excelente escalera, me ha encantado. Un poco confusa para el armado, porque viene una sola hoja y un octavo de ella son las indicaciones de letra creo de tamaño 6. Pero quitando las indicaciones y el envío que demora, una escalera buena en general. un poco pesada y grande pero super estable. buena compra en general
