Broke in first try
I am 77kg, and it broke on my first attempt. I got scratches on my back from sharp broken edges too. Do not waste your time.

They have mentioned it can manage upto 150 kgs..trust me my son is 20 and when he uses it, it starts bending.Now imagine me being 74 kgs and let ng down on it - it's really useless.i want to return it.i am not able the find the packet,as my kids threw it somewhere.

Excellent for regaining lumbar curve
Very useful for me. I have loss of lordosis on the lower spine. It is helping me to slowly regain the lumbar curve. I use it as a back rest also and provides good support in the right place. The rubber band in the centre is useless though. It kept coming off. I had to throw it away.

Effectiveness
I love this product. I'm 6ft 1 in tall 145 kg. So being a big heavy guy and spending a lot of time sitting and driving gives me back Bain quite too often.This product literally have me relief in my back. My body weight puts a lot of pressure on my back , this helps me relax. The product is light weight, comfortable and simple. I just place it on the floor and lie down on it. At first I wasn't fond but using it over and over ,it started sending my back to its natural form and i starting getting my posturr back. It was that good. For anyone wanting to buy this. Please go ahead and buy this. I am very much indeed happy about this purchase. Its cheap as well so go ahead,won't regret.

It works but load capacity is less.
Light product. Will not be able to bear even 75 kgs. But feeling better and relaxed after sometime of usage. Will again review this after some days.
