Mostly good, with some limitations
Realistically, no one should consider taking this entire set on a backpacking trip- it weighs almost 3lbs! But for a car camping setup, it doesn't take up much space, and can work for 1 or 2 people to cook many types of meals. It nests nicely, and the handles open and close easily. For backpacking, you might consider taking just one pan. For example, if you compare the frying pan to the name brand Sea & Summit's version ($70), you would still be ahead, with this set, and the weight is about the same.Specific weights:Total- 2lb 10ozFry pan 12 ozLg Pot 10.2 oz (with lid, 13.7)Small pot 7.4 oz (with lid, 9.4)Tea kettle 4.7 ozFor car camping, I just love the tea kettle. It makes two large cups of tea/coffee, and because it is enclosed, it is very energy efficient. And, its cute. The frying pan is too small for a complicated meal for two people, but you could cook eggs, or stir fry some veggies, then mix in with whatever you cooked in the large pot, which is quite large for 2 people, and could be used for many larger dishes. I like to make 'camp toast' which is basically bread fried in a bit of butter, and I think it would be hard to cook more than one piece at a time. For backpacking, I'd probably just bring the small pot, without lid, to save on weight. BUT, the fry pan is the only pan with non-stick coating, so if that's important, you'd want to take the fry pan (and extra weight).Overall, for the price point, I think you can get a lot of benefit from this set, in a variety of camping scenarios, but it does have some limitations. That said, its well made.UPDATE: there is a design flaw with the frying pan. In order to make it nest properly, the handle is mounted upside down compared to the other pans. When filled with water (or weight) the pan has collapsed on us several times, spilling the contents. Most people don’t put a lot of weight in a frying pan so it may work out fine as long as you are aware.

Assorted campsite cooking options - pots, fry pan and kettle all in one carrying kit
This set has lot of different cooking options, all packed into a compact carrying bag. There are 3 different sizes of pots, a fry pan and a tea kettle. The handles are one of the best features. They have a push in clip that allows the handle to fold in for storage, and snaps when folded out. The handles also have a rubber type of coating to reduce heat when picking them up off a campfire. I was so surprised that all of the pots, the fry pan and the kettle would stack inside each other to fit into the mesh storage bag. I considered a 4.5 rating, only because of the kettle lid. It fits on the top but doesn't snap or lock on so it falls off when pouring the water. However, it's very useful that the cookware and lids are so lightweight. I put the kettle on a flaming wood fire and the kettle didn't melt or burn. The pans rinsed up easily with pitcher pump water alone. I put them in the dishwasher when I returned from my camping trip and they held up fine. Useful variety of sizes that condense into a small space for primitive style camping packing.

Great camping cooking set. Quickly gets up to temp and the surface makes it easy to clean.
Very lightweight and easy to pack. Nice folding handles plus comes with two lids to keep that even heating during cooking. The aluminum metal surface has a good coating on it making it simple to clean for any type of cooking. Lightly misting it with some cooking oil helps give it that nice sizzling cooking for meats and veggies. . For the bigger pots, a good size fire ring will cook faster but a smaller portable burner with a good wind guard should be fine too. Like the lid handles where it doesn't lay completely flat on the lid surface allowing for a easier way to grab onto them with your fingers. Great for feeding two adults. For more people, you might need to cook in batches. Like the cute kettle for heating up enough water for bigger cups of coffee. Makes it easier to pour out hot water than just using a pot to boil water. You can always mix and match what pots or even the kettle when you plan a trip and take only the needed items keeping the weight and space as low as possible.

This took forever to come, but a good set..
This is a good lightweight set. Comparable to anything you'll find at the fancy camping stores. I'll probably never use the kettle, but the rest definitely has good use. I appreciate how it all packs together nicely. It has some useful sizes and for the lightweight material is good stuff.

Can’t wait to use!
These are light, compact, and well made. The collapsible handles lock into place and are sturdy. The lid pulls have silicone covers to help with heat dissipation to prevent burns. The non-stick coating will make these easy to clean too, but avoid too high of heat or you will ruin the coating (just like all non-stick cookware).
