A wonderful companion for the study and understanding of Quran. The mind maps/ classification of each chapter on a single page covers all topics in the chapter in a nutshell. Also very useful is the summary of all important themes in each chapter as bullet points. I would recommend this book to any one who wants to embark on a journey out of darkness into light.

At the end of each section, key words used in the chapter are highlighted.Essential reading for anyone who wants to grasp the meanings of the Quran as a whole and explore the themes covered in this holy book.The highly qualified author, Sharif Hasan al-Banna, is a scholar who is undergoing post-graduate studies at the world renowned Al-Azhar University in Egypt. He refers to a number of Arabic sources for his explanations.The language used is clear and simple, and I would recommend it for teenagers studying religion who might otherwise find the commonly used translations of the Quran a bit archaic. As a man in his 40's, I have learnt new things about Islam which I did not know before from my reading of this book.
