Quiet stops, excellent grip.
These brake pads fit just like the original pads that they replaced. There is no squealing when stopping and the grip is consistent and predictable. They arrived quickly, were packaged nicely, and the price was right on the money.

Stopping Power!
I purchased these Kool Stop BMX brake pads to replace the OEM brake pads on my daughter's BMX bike. I heard that these "Salmons" (color or the brake pad) have good stopping power without creating a squealing noise. Now instead of rolling to a slow stop, my daughter can skid with the best of 'em! Now I just have to stock up on rear tires.

When installed properly these stop the squeal of brake pads.
I replaced the salt plus pads that came with the brake I purchased because they squeaked really bad on the rim.

Stops da squeak in bmx
Finally stopped my squeak issue while still being able to lock up my rear rim. Anodized Black rear rim. Salmon pads. Clears squeaked like hell, blacks wouldnt lock. Perfect combo for me.
