It’s Quiet
I replaced a 4 year old Alienware desktop with this Beelink Ser8. Love all of the space this frees up and it’s really quiet. Putting this on my desk, just under the monitor, main concern was potential fan noise, but this runs very quiet. Now it’s not a gaming rig and doesn’t come close in gaming performance to my old machine, but as gaming is no longer a priority, this does a fine job. Setup was fairly easy, though I did open it up to add a 2nd SSD and installation was straight forward. I liked that windows did not include the usual bloatware and getting up and running was a breeze. It’s a fast machine and has no issues running all of my applications. Gaming performance was ok for games like World of Warcraft, but not if you have more graphics intensive games. The integrated graphics does a decent job but is limited. As I’ll say again, machine runs quiet, doesn’t get very hot at least from what I feel from the fan exhaust. For what you get, the Ser8 offers good value for the money. Only thing I wished it had was more usb ports.

Really good Performance Mini-PC
Very good performance including WiFi connnectivity and Bluetooth, runs silent and does not get hot. Nice small footprint which was simple to setup with my 34” monitor, and keyboard/mouse. I use it every day for office use over the past several months and find it to be capable, and speedy with apps. There was a little gotcha with a driver that had to be updated after a Windows update, but otherwise system has been flawless.

Excellent, quiet performance per dollar; just wish bluetooth wasn't glitchy
I love how quiet this thing is. It's working great as a desktop replacement and light gaming rig at 1080p. I can't say I've tested the LAN port or 1/8" outputs on the unit but the USB C on a 1080p monitor of mine or HDMI on my 4K worked great. WIFI seems to work OK but onboard BT is terrible. I tried two different headphones paired and my head would only be 2 feet away from the unit but I'd get glitchy audio. I bought an external USB BT 5.2 adapter and everything is smooth now. I don't know if it's just my perception but every once in a while I feel like the computer has a bit if a teeny hiccup when doing things where it just seems a tiny freeze. I'll have the perf graphs open in Task Manager and nothing appears to redline. Maybe it's just in my head because of the audio issues I was running in to. Considering the size of it and the price it seems like crazy good value for money. I just hope it will last a long time.

Great Upgrade
Very good performance. It l’s quiet and boot time is short. Can run multiple video screens at the same time with no issues.

LOVE this mini PC
This device is fantastic. I purchased it as a hardware upgrade for myself, as the other mini that I had just was not able to handle my daily use case. This device is packaged well without any extra waste. After unboxing, I opened the device to install an additional NVME in the second slot. I was pleasantly surprised to see that this device contained a well-known name brand for both the 32GB of RAM and the 1TB NVME that were included. After installing the second drive, I wiped the OS on the primary drive and reinstalled Windows 11 Pro myself. The BIOS contained the key, so Windows was fully activated upon boot. I was able to easily obtain the drivers from Beelink's web site, and all hardware functioned as expected and without issue. After installing Windows, I then installed Debian on the second drive that I added to the device. Debian runs without any issues, and everything is smooth. The mini PC runs very cool, and is able to handle my daily workload (web, email, etc). It also handles lightweight games, but don't expect ultra graphic settings on AAA titles. In all, I would absolutely buy this again. I hope it lasts for years.

Very compact yet powerful
Very impressed by how easy this mini pc was to setup and get operating. The R9 6900HX processor is fast, glad I spent a bit more on this processor. There are enough ports to complete replace the previous Dell XPS desktop.
