The easy to assemble and very good high quality laser. speed and the laser power
Putting the laser together was fairly simple and strait forward. What took me 2.5 hr now takes1.5 hr. The smoothes of the x railIs also great. Just make sure the unit is square and the y belt screws are tight. I've only had it a week but the few things l've done have come out very nice.Customer service has been fantastic to work with and very professional. The week you see in the picture is a Bay leaf from India but you could use almost any leave to laser.

As advertised
I upgraded from a 5W laser to a 10W laser and Atomstack was the best choice. I loved the fact that it was extremely easy to assemble. It performs as advertised. In one of their videos it shows them engraving on a tooth pick. I tired it and you can laser engrave a tooth pick. WOW!

Used product sold as new
PLEASE, PLEASE read this! I hope someone anyone from AtomStack or Amazon reads this and can help! If not BUYER BEWARE! I’ve never had so much trouble! This was a very large purchase for me—just under $1,000 with accessories and supplies and the software. I ordered the AtomStack 24W A20 Pro V2 and several accessories on September 30, 2024. I assembled it and proceeded to make a few different things as I learned the software (Lightburn) that runs the machine. At first it was running “somewhat” ok. It wasn’t always lining up on the product like it should. I wasn’t sure if it was me (new to the software) or the machine. Unfortunately, within 22 days of purchase the laser stopped firing altogether. Mind you, these lasers are suppose to last 5-10 years! Instead of disassembling and returning the laser through Amazon, I emailed AtomStack per the information that accompanied the product, for help troubleshooting. They requested a video. I made a video with the machine and included all of the details they requested. They asked me to make some adjustments in the software and send another video. They also said the machine lines up more accurately using the metric system—so that might explain that problem. I made the adjustments and sent the follow up video showing that the laser was still not firing and the machine was no where near lining up on the material correctly. The company then asked me to perform some electrical tests to see if certain areas of the machine had power. This request was above my knowledge base and required additional equipment from a hardware store. By this time the return window with Amazon had closed, but I went to Amazon and explained that the machine had totally stopped working 22 days after receiving it and that I had tied to remedy the situation with the company and in doing so the return window had closed. Amazon told me they would allow a 1 time return exception and I could return the item. I was very grateful! But, Amazon would not allow me to return the accessories. This meant that I would need to repurchase the exact same item if I wanted to be able to use the accessories. And, since I had purchased the item on sale and with coupons in Amazon said they would send me a letter starting that after I repurchased the item and it had been delivered they would price match and refund me the difference. I received that letter. I was very grateful for that too! I disassembled the laser and returned it. However, AtomStack never refunded me for the laser. Instead, they refunded me less than $40 for a laser bed (an accessory I still had) and charged me a stocking fee. I called Amazon and they said there was nothing they could do about the laser bed credit mistake. I wanted to be fair with the company, but Amazon said it was impossible to reverse. As for the laser itself, Amazon said they would refund me for the laser if I still had not received a refund from AtomStack after 30 days. A little after the required 30 days I called Amazon and they refunded me a portion of the original price. They knew about the letter regarding the price match and they assured me the difference would be refunded after I repurchased the exact same laser and it was delivered. I repurchased the exact same laser and it was delivered today. I was so disappointed to find that the laser they sent me was not a new laser, but was used. I called Amazon and they are accepting it as a return again, but that model is out of stock so I can’t reorder. I asked again if I could return the accessories since they are of no use to me without a machine. They would not allow me to return the accessories. They told me to continue to check back to see if new stock arrives. In the meantime, I have no laser, a letter to price match a product they don’t have, but I do have accessories and product I can’t use. This has been a headache of epic proportions! I feel like I’ve been robbed in broad day light! If anyone out there can help, please make this right!

Great laser
This is a very powerful Diode laser, works very well especially for engraving on stainless steel. Only problem is that they didn’t send a South African plug with the power supply. I had to go buy a plug converter in order to get it up and running.

Quality Laser Engraver. Zero User Documentation
Atomstack is one of the better laser engravers on the market. Build quality is very good. Its supplied with a good assembly instructions with picture and takes anyone with average skills about 20 minutes. All parts are in number bags to match the assembly instructions. Now the cons: There is no user documentation or specs supplied. Would be nice to know how the air pump plug is configured, setting the limit switches, WiFi specs and some details on the controller. It has WiFi but no instruction how to configure it.The free Atomstack phone app (Bluetooth) and pc program (USB connection) is very basic not worth the hassle. It's ok to see if the machine runs, but other than that not much use. Just get Lightburn and save yourself the trouble. The other big con is Atomstack cheaped out with the laser head gantry electrical cables. The cables are flopping around and not in cable drag chain holders and can get snagged on the work if you aren't careful. I picked up a couple of 10mmx10mm drag chain holders on Amazon for $15 to retro fit my machine.
