Great Pan.
I love this sleek baking sheet! It cleans like a dream, and so far no scratching. The food bakes great on it, especially fish and veggies. It is quite heavy though.

No black residue on pan, whee!
Delighted with this cookie pan. Size is the small one for everyday toasting and baking. Very pleased that it does not turn brownish black in two weeks of use. Will definitely et a larger size for other uses.

Excellent pan
High quality and exactly what I was seeking. It is indeed a ceramic coating, I can tell that the pan is well made, washes up great in the dishwasher - but I mostly hand wash. I use it in my Breville air fryer oven, and it fits great.

Very nice baking sheet. Fit well in my toaster oven. Also, I contacted Sur La Table directly and they confirmed with me that it is ceramic, although it doesn't say on the label as it does on the product page. Cleans very easily.

Haven't cooked with it yet, but upon receiving it, it is very sturdy and much better quality than the pans that come with toaster ovens

Baked Uniformly & Created Perfect Sized Bars
Worked perfectly. Heated evenly. Be careful not to put in too much batter as sides are low, which is what I wanted. Made nice size bars.
