On the first day one of the buttons on the seat got caught on my clothes and pulled out. Next, the right arm rest broke, followed by the left arm rest breaking. This was followed by a bracket breaking that supported the back of the chair, so I can no longer lean back. Who knew that sitting in a chair could be so dangerous. I will never purchase a product from this manufacturer again.

I've purchased 3 different gamin/office chairs online over the last 4 months and none of them were very comfortable (got rid of those with a quickness). The problem with them was a serious lack of padding on the seat. They all felt like you were sitting on a board, but this chair is NOT like that. It's very comfortable with thick padding all over. And it's one of the few I've seen with flip back arms which are great. Solid construction and top quality in every way. Worth a lot more than the selling price for sure.

The mfr is very attentive, responds rapidly. A couple days after assemblying [minor miracle for me-it went well!] one of the 4 seat buttons fell off and hung by its very thick cord. As decoration it is useless, plus the 4 buttons are not confy to sit on all day. I informed Amazon who told me return and get another or credit. I contacted mfr via email to Taiwan. They gladly sent me new. seat cushon. then , later.about 4-5 days after initial assemblying, the seond seat cushon came unfixed but again hangingby its thick thread cord. I moved it bck into its place on seat per empty button hole.. I bought this chair about 4 months ago and now find the cushoning flattening down . not holding up and not so comfortable to sit as before. I wish I had returned this chair to Amazon for refund as Amazon requested.

I really like this chair, but the tufted buttons on the seat pretty much ruin it for me. When you sit on it the seat compresses (because it's super comfy & padded) meaning the buttons come up...I tend to sit on my foot meaning the buttons get flipped over & the metal bit ends up digging into my leg. But even if I don't sit on my foot I can still feel the hard button on my bum, ruining the comfiness of this chair. If it didn't have a tufted seat with buttons I probably would be giving it 4, maybe even 5 stars. But I'll be looking into getting a different chair in the near future & this will go to my boyfriend who doesn't sit in front of a computer for as long as I do (& isn't as comfort concerned when it comes to his office chair). Other than that it's a great chair - the padding is great - the flip up arm rests are awesome...I do feel like the seat leans just a bit too far forward, but the tilt ability easily counteracts that. It does feel a bit cheap - but in all fairness this wasn't a high end chair. A few years ago for this price I would've expected much higher quality...but nowadays...this is pretty much par for the course.

7/25 update: chair seat does not feel as cushiony as when I first started using it almost 2 weeks ago.Buttons in the seat poking out and rather uncomfortable. I had high hopes for this chair but I am a bit dissapointed with this purchase. Would not buy again and will be requesting a refund. 7/15/18- I received a medium size box and the contents inside were very well packed. I was able to assemble the chair in 10 minutes as the instructions were easy to follow and there were minimal parts that needed to be put together. I highly recommend this chair as it is very very comfortable. I love it and I am very glad I made this purchase. The chair material looks high end and the chair features such as the leaning back and being able to get it to stay reclined is a major plus. I spend many hours working on college homework and my previous chair was hard as a rock and giving me lower back pain. My chiropractor recommended a full size chair and this chair fits the bill. I will be buying another one for work since I also spend many hours sitting at the office.

We have several leather chairs in the office, and this chair is among the best. Assembly takes some time but if one follows the manual carefully, it should not take too much time. The chair appears well made - the padding on the seat cushion is very thick and comfortable to sit on, while the lumbar support is well designed and good for the back. Furthermore, the arms can be flipped up, which can be useful when needed. So far we are happy with the chair.

The buttons come out

Bought this for working on school projects at my desk. The seat cushion is already worn through and uncomfortable to sit on, the little silver accents that you pop in to cover up screw holes all keel falling out, and the buttons hang off the seat. Started off decent but obviously you get what you pay for.
