Not worth it.
Not really that good. Does not really help the pressure washing go any faster

I'm sure it helped some
I had mildew on my canvas drop clothes that we had used as drapes out back and after a lot of rain they ended up with mildew on them *Should have used a sealant on them before I hung them for the first time*. I used the suggested amount with water and soaked them drop clothes in it but what really worked was simply putting them in the tub with a solution of water and bleach. I suggest a mask over your nose so you aren't breathing in Clorox fumes. I plan to use the High Tech Fabric Guard with Water Repellant on them as they received rave reviews prior to hanging them out again in the spring.

Bleach will achieve the same results as this product.
A gallon jug of bleach for $2 or $3 will achieve the same results as this product. I know this from 30 years of professional mildew and stain removal service.

Removes mildew quickly.
I mixed up a small batch of this to try out on 4 swing back chairs I have at my fishing camp in south Louisiana. The fabric had deep imbedded mildew which soap, water and a scrub brush would not remove. I applied this with a long handle scrub brush and the mildew disappeared almost instantly. I was just about to throw out the chairs so if the fabric discolored it was not a big deal. The fabric was just fine and the chairs look like new again. However I'm not sure how this would work on other fabrics so if you try this mildew remover do a spot test first in an inconspicuous area. Good stuff!
