This will be a two part review because I had to receive a replacement due to an installation issue with my first screen protector. Part one about the protector itself, and part two about customer service:Part 1:I’ve tried so many glass and plastic screen protectors over the years for iPads and a few already for the m4. The problem with the current glass screen protectors are all having notches, introducing a rainbow effect to the display, diminishing the quality of the oled blacks or just being too expensive in general. I’ve had three glass screen protectors on my 13in M4 Pro and I wasn’t really satisfied until finding this one. Now, plastic screen protectors aren’t for everyone and are less durable than glass, but I’ve learned I really don’t have a need for glass screen protectors because I have my iPad in either my Magic Keyboard case or in an environment less susceptible to damage. I’m really trying to protect my iPad screen from debris stuck on my Apple Pencil while maintaining the quality of the OLED display. This is where this screen protector shines.This screen protector is almost edge to edge, notch less with a mic cutout, and doesn’t negate the beautiful OLED display. It also allows my Magic Keyboard to shut completely instead of a small gap that can happen with glass screen protectors. Text is still perfectly legible with no rainbow effect. The feel of the protector is a little more sticky/ more resistance than the original display glass at , but not enough to be a deterrent at all. After some use it feels great. Another issue glass screen protectors can create is reducing the effectiveness of pressure sensitivity on the Apple Pencil. This screen protector is thin enough that it didn’t have any effect on pencil strokes in the tests I did. No squiggly or non-touching segment lines like some glass one as can introduce. The only real issue with the screen protector is the installation. Screen protectors on iPads are hard to install due to their size. For the price, a simple iPad install bracket and a second screen protector should be included. However, they do include 4x dust stickers, a squeegee, and a very nice microfiber cloth that resembles apple’s own. Apparently these can also be used on nano-texture displays based on their documentation.Part 2:This part is solely on customer service. My initial screen protector has some small lamination issues on two of the rounded edges that, when installed, created some bubbles and very small ‘non-adhere-able’ spaces. These were extremely small, but I noticed this issue making sure they weren’t dust particles. After my install, I contacted Soonjet that night with images, they got back to me same night, had me try a couple techniques to make sure it wasn’t just my mistake, and then were kind enough to send me a replacement for free. Better yet, they sent a replacement that was delivered by amazon in a matter of two business days instead of being shipped by them directly from wherever it could have been. This time it was a perfect install and I’m very satisfied with the way Soonjet handled my complaint kindly and quickly.Although the install is slightly more complicated than normal, I’m still giving this screen protector 5 stars because it really is one of the best plastic screen protectors I’ve used and the customer service was extremely fast and friendly. It can be difficult to trust a lot of third parties you’ve not heard of, but I do think this one’s a winner. I’d love to try some of their other products for the M4 iPad pros after this to see if they hold up to the same standard.

Absolutely impossible to apply without bubbles and crap under the protector. Just take your cash and set fire to it rather than buying this, you lose it one way or another and burning it will save you a lot of frustration. Just really poorly designed far as application compared to 99.9 percent of screen protectors I've seen. Far as protection I will never know. Shortly after installation I removed it and put it where it should go...in the trash.

It was so hard to find a screen protector for the new iPad that didn't have a notch cutout. This film goes on smoothly and you literally can't tell it's there.

I bought several screen protectors, but all of them have a notch and reflect everything.I think, soonjet AR screen protector is much better than others even if it was hard to install.

garbage. You could never set it up perfectly. Trust me it’s impossible. Always dusty and bubbles everywhere!

Yes this is a nice clear screen protector. But this is thing is such a finger and smudge magnet. Writing with pencil doesn’t feel all to great no resistance but isn’t that big of a deal. Honestly the best thing about this particular screen protector is that it is notch less.. wasn’t extremely difficult to install. But would be greatfull if they included some short of alignment tray to grantee a perfect install since they only included one protector. Bubbles did go away easily with provided too and is almost a perfect fit. The case I currently have covers the edges that are exposed. My order did arrive with a scratch but isn’t to noticeable so it isn’t to big of a problem.

Impossible to install. Process is nearly impossible and instructions are not clear. Films are always difficult to install, but this one is next level. Not only it's expensive, but you only get one try, which is not enough for most people. I am experienced in installing screen protectors and I couldn't get this one right.What's worse is that it comes with a bubble removal tool that leaves a lot of residue itself, so it looks like they want you to fail at installing it.Concept was good, execution is terrible.

Nice product, well packaged. The installation video is easy to follow and very clear. It’s strong to protect the screen from crashes, I accidentally dropped my iPad twice, and it protected the screen well….. The only minor issue is that it’s a bit slippery when writing with the Apple Pencil. However, this isn’t a big problem since the original screen is also slippery for writing.
