The crack
Receive my package mistreated basically this gift was for my five-year-old son for Christmas opened the review it and the Spider-Man piece is cracked. Big old cracked or his hands are when you turn on the light you could tell because it’s a lighter than the rest of the the picture highly upset because I really liked it tryed to get a new one but the price gone up after they sent me my refund

Missing the Spiderman cutout
The package arrived in bad condition and only came with the base, usb cord, and color changing remote. The Spiderman cut out was missing. Glad, I opened the box because I had planned on gifting for Christmas. I am returning and hoping that the next package comes with everything.

Different but better?
This arrived in a nice large box and was nicely packed. It had 3 cutout characters in the box instead of just 1. It did include a Spider-Man one which was important, but the Spidey picture was different than the listing and I would have preferred that Spider-Man cutout. However, the choice between 3 different characters is a nice extra! Just unexpected. The remote had batteries and everything works great.
