A full spectrum peri - meno- and post meno supplement.
This is by far the most comprehensive supplement regime in one ‘box’ that I’ve seen. A ‘day’ comprises of a sachet (to mx in water) and two capsules. My primary comment would be to make sure you read the back if the box well to see what it contains, as if you take other stand alone supplements that also contain some of these things, if you don’t check, you may end up having too much of something, like Zinc for example. As far as I can see, most of the nutrients contained here actually are in a good amount to make a difference. Personally I prefer more Vit C, D and Magnesium that is included here, but I can top those up. What is REALLY good to see is the inclusion of K2 with the D£3 (very important) and also the inclusion of the copper to go with the Zinc - also super important. Usually I’m sceptical of ‘multi-vitamins’ as it’s hard to get enough of everything in one, but again, with the exception of the C, D and Mg, this is a really, really excellent mixture. Finally, it’s great to see digestive enzymes and probiotics in there too. I’m not as keen on the sachet as the capsules, I find such things a bit of a chore to take, especially if I take my supps to work to have with/after lunch. The box has a one month supply, making it asier to use and re-order. The onyl downside I can see is the price. They are expensive, but, I suppose you’re getting many, many stand alone supplements worth of ingredients here. If you added them all up separately, it may actually work out to be a pretty good deal. Of course it takes wee while to see any changes from a potential nutrient deficiency being rectified. I’ll take these for the month that I have, and see if I notice anything. So far, I’ve no negative effects, so, so far, so good.

A comprehensive supplement solution
This is pretty dear but to be fair you get a lot in this 30 day mega supplement kit. It's a combo of sachets and capsules - why it needs to be split between the two I'm not sure (why can't everything be in a sachet?) but I'll guess there must be some reason other than just to make you feel like you're doing a lot more to ingest more nutrients. The sachets taste good and can just be mixed with water but I just mixed mine with my store bought smoothie or juice and good to go. Between the two supplements, it's loaded with a huge array of 31 nutrients like vitamins, minerals, enzymes, digestive bacteria and more - it could be there's a scientific reason they need to split all of this stuff up between the sachet and capsules. Everything is well packaged and easy to take and convenient and looks premium to me. Impossible to review supplmeents on their effects as it can take a long time to notice anyway and we can't make medical claims or advice as reviewers for the Vine progamme. In terms of quality and comprehensive coverage of a vast array of nutrients this is really great - the one downside is the very high expense which works out to over £1.50 per day - do the math over the course of a year and that's very dear indeed. But if you're not concenred about that, and look at all the nutrients you get in this single product - it's a one-stop solution and you really don't need anything else.

Easy to take, impressive ingredients list
This is a review for the meno active max daily menopause/perimenopause course. This product is split into two different types of capsules (Omega 3, and a more general menopause support capsule), then there are also the sachets of powder which have to be dissolved in water. The capsules are average size, and easy to swallow, but there is a caution not to drink a hot drink within 30 minutes of taking the omega 3 capsule. Both capsules contain ingredients that are thought to be beneficial to menopausal side effects. The sachets are easy to tear open, and they need to be mixed with around 250ml of water, I've just been tipping them into a half filled 500ml water bottle, which once I've shaken it has fully dissolved the powder. The drink produced has a nice orange flavour, and isn't at all unpleasant. The one thing I would mention is that it does contains artificial sweetener, as I know some people don't like the taste of sweeteners. Overall its a comprehensive course of products that all appear to be potentially beneficial to women during the perimenopausal, menopausal, or post menopausal stage of their lives, I find all three parts easy and not unpleasant to take, and I'm happy to recommend it.

Great idea, but execution leaves a lot to be desired
My menopause symptoms are finally waning, but I suffered from hot flushes, night sweats and other symptoms for around 5 years. During that time, I went through a LOT of different supplements. I really like the idea of an all-in-one, that both helps with symptoms, and provides a good, complete multivitamin and mineral package, tailored to the specific needs of that age group. The omega and gut health ingredients are a very nice bonus, too. All great, except.. this contains ridiculously high amounts of some vitamins, including, for example, 714% of the recommended daily intake for B6. 10 mg is the maximum amount that is considered safe, and more can cause peripheral neuropathy. B6 does help regulate hormones, but you do not need so much. I actually suffered the symptoms, namely loss of feeling in hands and arms, at this dose, after a few months. Vitamin A is also not advised for certain groups and can cause toxicity. D, B6 and B12 can impact blood sugar levels and blood pressure. I doubt anybody is going to suffer immediate harm, but symptoms could develop and over time, it could become harmful. There is no evidence that I can find that such high doses are beneficial, either. On the other hand, I'd like to see more herbal extracts. This contains 3, and there are so many others that might help. I found those that contained a broad combination most beneficial. This is a Vine Voice review, but that has not changed my opinion and I only review items I would buy. I try to use or test all products, or if I can't, I at least check them. My rating system: 5 stars – great: as described, high quality 4 stars – good but has minor problems 3 stars – has significant issues 2 stars – bad: not as described or does not function or not useful for intended purpose, but has redeeming features 1 star – terrible: not as described or does not work or dangerous to use, no redeeming features

Not suitable for vegetarians
Meno Active Menopause, Post Menopause Multi-Nutrient Sachet with Vitamins & Minerals, Omega-3 & Botanical Capsule Support for Women. 30 Day Supply - £38.21 A good sized pack but I hadn't realised until I afterwards that the capsules are not suitable for vegetarians (fish oil). As I could only use 66% of the pack, I can't really comment om the overall impact.

A well-formulated supplement with quality ingredients & convenient delivery
Revive Active Meno Active is a menopause supplement that promises comprehensive support with a blend of vitamins, minerals, and botanical ingredients. The kit arrived as convenient sachets you mix with water to create a tropical-flavored drink Plus separate Omega-3 and botanical capsules which would allow flexibility in timing your taking of supplements. The formula is impressive, and while there are some mild improvements in the main symptoms I could only claim these to be my anecdotal observations. The taste of the drink is okay, the capsules are quite large and I could see a daily regimen of three products becoming cumbersome. In summary, Meno Active is a well-formulated supplement that offers a broad spectrum of nutrients aimed at supporting women's health during pre-menopause / menopause. It features quality ingredients and convenient delivery, and the price when compared to separate supplements of a similar benefit and quality,

Comprehensive menopause supplement
As someone of a ‘certain age’ I am learning that I need a little help in the supplement department! This is a very comprehensive supplement specifically designed for menopause support, which contains a mix of 13 vitamins, 7 minerals, 3 strains of bacteria, 3 plant extracts, 4 digestive enzymes, plus omega 3. They are easy to take – one sachet, which you mix with water and 2 capsules a day. The sachet is not unpleasant – and tastes a bit fruity. It is too early to tell is it is helping, but certainly many of the ingredients are the kind which I have read about as being helpful to the menopause, especially ashwagandha, sage and soya isoflavones. There are 30 sachets, 30 botanical capsules and 30 Omega 3 capsules, ie a month’s supply for the current price of £44.95. It is quite expensive, and I guess you are going to have to take it for a while to notice any difference, but I am reassured by the fact that it is fully MTick menopause friendly accredited and has been developed in Ireland. Hopefully it will give me the support that I need. If you take other supplements you may be able to stop these, as this pack is very comprehensive, so it could replace what you are taking already, which does bring down the cost a bit!
