They seem to work well for my autistic son but, one doesn’t stay charged well at all. Seems like others have had similar problems.

Overall nice... the first set had to be returned because the watch band was broken. But they sent me another pair right away. The buzzing is a little loud for meditation and sleep so a quieter version with dimmer lights would be better. Also... a major improvement would be a timer setting so you could fall asleep or meditate without having to physically stop them.

This product really helped me with PTSD symptoms. sleep, and anxiety. However, after a week, one of the units stopped charging all the way, limiting how much I could use them, and by the third week it stopped charging all together. The company has a limit of returns to only 30 days, and I (hopefully) got in just under the wire with shipping it back. (Stay tuned, will update).It's a very pricy product to have stop working so close to the return date, and it's disappointing to have something so beneficial begin to lose functionality so quickly. The 2 stars is for the life-changing effects of a product that functioned just long enough to give me hope of helping me recover, and then let me down by not working and stressing about having to return it in time for a refund.

I love my touchpoints. I’m glad there was an affordable solution. It’s a great addition to my EMDR therapy - and always with me in my pockets.

I loved the idea of these, and am eagerly awaiting the improved version. Unfortunately, these products were very badly made. The settings were way too intense, the light is bright and distracting, and the charging port is extremely cheap. My first order broke the second time I charged it. My replacement worked for about 3 chargings, then the charger broke. I used regular chargers for about 2 more times, then the charging port broke. I really wanted to like this product. As a student of Neuroscience, I think this is a brilliant idea, and can be a wonderful product. The manufacturer is using cheap and unreliable parts, so it is not worth the money to just be teased with technology that you can’t use.

Works well and as described. Charge last for a few days.

bought these and you can't control the vibrations. You can't seem to get the ones in which they can be controlled by an app. Vibration is way too loud and sometimes irritating. You could not wear these in public and not have everyone staring at your weirdly. I will reconsider buying again IF they make them app compliant again so that you can control the sound and vibration but believe me I'm going to watch as many youtube videos as i can about new ones before i bother buying again.

I have found these very effective in managing my symptoms of anxiety.

The wrist strap fell of 3 days after purchase and i was not made aware of this device not communicating with my mobile via bluetoothIfeel dissapointed as this was very expensive

Dispositivo unico credo in Italia che permette anche di lavorare con sessioni di EMDR. Abbastanza comodo da indossare. Fa cmq rumore dovuto ad una potente vibrazione. Si può portare in diverse zone del corpo. In tasca si sente poco. L'ideale è alle caviglie o ai polsi. Tre modalità di utilizzo, sonno blu, calma giallo, rabbia viola. Per mia esperienza la frequenza viola è quella più adatta ad una sessione di Emdr

Prodotto arrivato nei tempi previsti. Consigliato per chi già segue un percorso di psicoterapia con tecnica emdr.
