Il burro d'arachidi o piace o lo odi. In quantità minime è piacevole. A me è stato consigliato dal nutrizionista per variare un po' i sapori della colazione (sulla fetta biscottata o su Wasa insieme alla marmellata). Ovviamente un velo……… Consigliato da un nutrizionista mi fa supporre che non sia poi così "grasso" come si può pensare. Altrettanto ovviamente la crema spalmabile al coccolato fondente ….è tutto un altro mondo!!!
