This arrived super quick, it is what I was looking for, Ideal for skin as I had bought it to put on my skin so i could Kinesiology tape to strap up my knee cap, this tape is what you have to use to stop your skin from being torn open, or creased badly, Kinesiology tape should last about 3-4 days with this Mefix dressing tape on your skin. It means the injury will continue to heal without having to be moved and dislodged constantly. You can bathe with this tape and it wont peel off. It's breathable, but not water proof.
