Just started using the bands but they work great. Using them to add strength training to my powerlifting routine.

This has been an excellent purchase. My wife and I have used them for about a week and both of us agree they are a better quality set than our previous ones.Pros:1. The stretch cables quickly and easily attach to the handles and are stackable to provide resistance from 10-150 pounds.2. The handles are comfortable.3. The following was probably a stupid thing to do, but I was curious: I climbed up a ladder and tossed the 10lb tube over a tree branch and slowly backed down the ladder to test the tube and handles. I can verify that it will hold 210 pounds without snapping.4. The door jam is solid without leaving any marks on the door.5. The ankle straps are more comfortable than others I have used.6. The bag was a much better quality than I was expecting and convenient when traveling.Cons:1. The loop bands tend to roll up with certain exercises. (I've had the same issue with every brand I have tried.)2. The exercise instructions only includes a few exercises. It needs to be much more comprehensive to include exercises for both the tubes and the loops along with the muscle groups they benefit.Overall this is a great set set for both beginners and experienced people who want to workout at home. I would suggest that beginners google the different types of exercises to get the full benefit out of your workout instead of just relying on the included instructions.

Durable with a lot of bands. I was disappointed that there are only one set of handles. I purchased to do virtual workouts with my gym. We switch bands for different exercises. So it takes time to switch & is cumbersome. A few handles would have been a great addition. I’m not sure what all the items are for so a booklet with more information on them would have been helpful too.

Been using product for a week. Overall they seem good. Good quality..only thing is the resistance bands are less resistant than i thought. I will have to purchase tougher bands or more bands to keep gaining. The market for bands seem high to me for what they are. That being said...i am happy with the purchase. I will update if they become defective.

I loved everything about these products. The only thing I would say and the reason it did not get 5 stars is because the mini bands for the legs seem to be made for someone with small legs. I am a big guy 5'10 and 225llb. They don't work that great for a big guy but everything else is great. Highly recommend!

The bands are great, they are value rated and have excellent resistance and progression. The ankle straps are large and comfortable and the handles are extremely comfortable. The slide pads work great for advanced pushups and adductor exercises. The door attachment is finely padded and is no risk to the door but very sturdy. The leg bands are the only thing I haven't incorporated into my workouts, but my 2 year old likes to wear them as head bands and pretend his that colored Power Ranger. Overall 10/10 product that I highly recommend.

Using to workout during pandemic. There were many similar products, but after looking them over I liked this one the best.Not he cheapest or most expensive but I felt like this Seller offered the most accessories for the money. I liked the resistance selection up to 50lbs and they are labeled. The quality of the hardware seems to be very good. Too early to tell how they will hold up, but I like my choice.

When the gyms were closed for Coronavirus...I was like "ok...workouts are over..." But my trainer said, "no they are not" and sent me a link to this gym in a bag. We have been doing FaceTime workouts. And this has been great. The bands are awesome and there are various tensions. I am totally sore - as if I was lifting weights at the gym. They seem like they are very durable. Works on any type of door.

Leider ist bei dem Set wie auf dem Bild zu sehen ist der in der Produkteschreibung von Amazon versprochene Widerstand von 68Kg nicht erreichbar. Ich besitze bereits Widerstandsbänder bis 32Kg und kaufte mir dieses Set damit ich mit mehr Krafteinsatz arbeiten kann. Als ich dann in der Bedienungsanleitung sah dass mit diesem Set keine 68Kg erreicht werden können war die Enttäuschung ziemlich gross. Das Set ist im Grunde richtig gut da alles dabei ist was man braucht. Aber da man nur 34 Kg bekommt obwohl 68 versprochen waren bekommt der Artikel nur 1 Stern von mir
