Berberine is working out for me
After researching extensively on Berberine I decided to give it a try for the metabolic support it offers. It has been over a week now and so want to let you know what I am experiencing. I have added Broccoli Sprout Extract and Berberine to my supplement stack and have noticed 1 improvement in digestion and GI motility. 2 Sugar cravings after meals has disappeared 3 the "muffin tops" that were growing have actually begun to shrink 4 I enjoy meals much more somehow 5 Cognitive function is much better, I am completing more tasks and faster. The pills are tiny and I use one with each meal I eat during the day. (2 to 3 meals a day) So far so good. I would recommend Broccoli Sprout Extract alongside the Berberine. All a calculated experiment so far, but the muffin tops are disappearing and I can remain focused on tasks easier and my GI Tract microbiome seems to like what I am doing. As with all food supplements, research all possible effects, the positive and the negative so that you can adjust for maximum benefit and comfort. The pills are tiny and in my humble opinion represent good quality and value for money.

Berberine supplement
I’m really happy with this berberine supplement. It contains a high concentration of berberine extract, and I like that the ingredients are clearly presented. The capsules are convenient to take and easy to include in my daily routine. The packaging is practical, and the product offers good value for money. A great option for anyone looking for a berberine supplement.

May cause serious side effects
I start by pros, product is very easy to take, small in size and convenient since it’s one a day. It worked very well for suppressing my sugar cravings and absolutely did my GI tract wonders, digestive was very good and I was very happy with product from day one. ‼️⚠️Cons, unfortunately after using it for two weeks I started having pins and needles all over body, rashes on feet and hand, I consulted a Doctor they suggested discontinuing straight away as it could be related to nerve issue side effects. I am so sad to not be able to continue.!
