I wound up returning because of the exceptionally frequent and loud dripping sound, but if that doesn't bother you, read on; this may be the one for you. Yeah I know that all of these diffusers make that gurglely faucet noise, but this one is especially excessive compared to others I have / had.Volume: If you use a diffuser for sleeping, say with Lavender, you don’t want anything less than 500ml. This one is 550ml, which gives you a nice little cushion. When I first opened this, I thought Diffuserlove made a mistake because it was about the same size as my 300ml less desirable one. Well it turns out; Diffuserlove just has a better design in that you can fill the reservoir to the top almost. This obviously is a decent boon, because space is always at a premium isn’t it.Stupid Lights: Pretty much impossible to get a diffuser (or any Chinese product for that matter) that doesn’t have cheesy multi-color LED lights. I know what you’re thinking: Just turn the light off Aggie! Not always that simple; many diffusers are semi-transparent so even though the regular light is off, you can still see the indicator light burning bright and lighting up your whole diffuser more less while you try sleeping. Since this product has a simulated wood grain, the candlepower the indicator LED emits is less sleep disrupting if you simply face it away from you.Build Quality: All my other diffusers have an inner top piece that is held on by a very breakable tab, and the tab did break on my crappier diffuser that the Diffuserlove replaced. The 550 Diffuserlove seems to be secured to the vent hole somehow. Out of the gate, it seems to be a much better design. If it turns out I’m wrong, I’ll update this review and let you know because I always do.Remote: I figured I’d toss this into the trash after a while, but it turns out I actually use the light functionality as a result of having this remote. Now the cheesy lights aren’t looking so bad after all, I suppose.Warranty: While feverishly scouring Amazon for the lesser of the many evils that are essential oil diffusers, the two year warranty offered by Diffuserlove pretty much takes the cake from somebody else and gives it to you. Now watch them change the warranty, and make me look like a douche later to those reading my reviews; gosh I hope that doesn’t happen for a couple of reasons.

I am a fan of essential oils, and that is my third diffuser, as I ve got them now in every room of my house. This one has become my favourite. Not only it's pretty , it is also very functional.I have been getting into essential oils and have been looking for the right diffuser for each room. It's the first diffuser that I owe that has a remote control and I have tested it in my bedroom which would let me switch it off/on without standing up. Very convenient for sleepy people. You can also set timings on how long you would want the diffuser to work and change the light colour and the intensity of the steam. You can do same thing on the diffuser as well, but I personally like that I have an option doing it with the remote control.It's also very spacious despite looking very compact. The "wood look" is much more appealing than than the white plastic look. The strip of lights are vibrant and add just the right touch of ambiance to the room. Diffuses the oils well and scent spreads through the room well. I love that it has timer options so I don't have to worry about shutting it off. Holds a nice amount of water. Overall very pleased with this one and may purchase a second!

I really like this diffuser. The remote is very handy because I use this in my office and have it on the other side of the room. Some students like it and others don't, so I can turn it on or off as needed. I also can easily turn it to a student's favorite color as a reward.I would give this a 5 star review except it started completely freaking out on me. A few times it has randomly started beeping - going through all of the settings as though someone was sitting on the remote or something (while the remote is safely stowed in my desk) and this has happened during timed testing, which is obviously a distraction to the student. It has done this before while off or on and I have to unplug it to make it stop acting crazy. If this continues to occur, this one flaw is enough to knock an otherwise perfect item down to 1 star because an item that is used for calming/relaxation purposes can't just be going crazy and beeping up a storm.

The entire point of a diffuser is to diffuse air into an entire room or space. This particular diffuser is essentially a large personal diffuser and only has a range of at most a couple feet.

I switch it on before bed and it switches off automatically by the time I leave the house in the morning. Its a bit noisy but doesn't disturb my sleep.It's also very spacious despite looking very compact. I am very happy with it!

Just received two of these yesterday. I bought one for myself and one for my daughter. The remotes seem to be kinda cruddy to me but I don’t really see needing a remote anyhow. Definitely a tad of water collecting on the inside of the lid, so just tip it inside there when removing the lid and it’s not a problem at all. The colors Are beautiful and the most is strong. When it’s filled it can literally last two full 6 hour rounds. We’re both living our new diffusers. Thanks so much.
