Is this supposed to be in liquid form or paste? Mine arrived totally in liquid form, is it supposed to be that way?

Coconut oil turns to liquid at 76 degrees F. Whether, in a solid or liquid form, the quality and benefits of the oil do not change.

Can you use this if you are giving your cat topical flea medication??

I would apply this first . If you put the topical flea med on first, the oil will not let the skin breathe and may make the med more potent which could be harmful.
