Fear Us: Broken Love, Book 3

Holy Mother of Intensity.
This book was intensity wrapped in intrigue doused in heartbreak. Keenan and Sheldon's story was so powerful and combustible you never knew what you were getting one page to the next. Bebe grabs you from the first page and takes you on a journey of dark destruction and eventual healing. This book has some intensely dark moments that could make you feel uncomfortable but it's worth it in the end.Seeing Keenan in a whole knew light was a little upsetting at first. During the first two books he was always lighthearted and funny. In this book he's dark, brooding and so intense. To me he was even more intense than Keiran and that's saying something about the level he reached. You don't want to like him, but as your reading you don't really have a choice, his character has so many layers you want to peel back each one just to see what's underneath.Sheldon is his counterpoint in every way. She sees him when no one else does. They are so embedded in each other's souls there's no escaping. Keenan lost himself for a long time, but the one thing he couldn't let go of was her. Even after 4 years he couldn't let go. Sheldon's strength and love is what helps bring Keenan back from the darkness. This book is filled with so much angst it could give you an anxiety attack. Bebe keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering what's going to happen at any given moment. I couldn't turn the pages fast enough, I was desperate to find out how the story was going to end. And ultimately what's going to happen to these character's that I have become attached to. This story pulls every single emotion from you and takes you on a journey filled with so many twists and turns. This story is at sometimes hard to read, but in the end, it's so worth the ride. Buckle up cause it's a trip.

Lmao! Unbelievable...
Wow, this author could write for soap operas this is so ridiculous. The insanity of the rationale of the male lead is absurd! 30%.I have now finished the book by force of will alone. These characters are disgusting in attitude and thought processes. They swing back and forth like the idiots they are written to be. This author thinks that if in the last twenty pages or so, if a plausible excuse is finally revealed that it negates all the horrible behaviors these characters had displayed before. That it excuses the overwhelming immaturity of the males in these books. The inconstancy, the infidelity, the ugliness. It. Does. Not! But when a male lead TORTURES the female lead because of his own mistakes and his own ego issues and his own ridiculousness, while her daughter is missing and experiencing a traumatic event, that’s when I draw a line. This is the third book I’ve read from this author. I was on the fence, leaning heavily on no liking these products side, but now I have officially made my opinion. I don’t like the failure of cognitive processes this author writes in her characters. They make no sense and what’s worst is they are ugly characters. These are NOT JP/OTT type alphaholes, they are simply terrible male leads that I have no desire to read about at all. Not worth my attention.I will finish this series because I already bought all the books but I will never read these books again and I will never buy her books again. Good luck.

2.5 stars
I wanted to give it more stars, but Keenan did things I just couldn't forgive. If you read the first two books you know Keenan cheated on Sheldon multiple times, well in my opinion once a cheater always a cheater. His excuses were weak to say the least and I don't buy um. He burnt her because she for once had a backbone( for a little while anyway.)and left his cheating butt. On to my next problem,Sheldon was completely spineless and just a accepted his abuse and philandering. When her child was missing she was more worried about Getting it on with Keenan than her child. So I couldn't like her. Finally the murder in the tattoo shop was completely unnecessary and cold blooded and didn't need to happen.

Kindle snapping angst fest!!
"It's a threat, a promise, a commitment, and a vow. Take it seriously, baby, because if you ever leave, I will find you, but I can't promise you will survive it."I battled with this review, this couple, this story, and finally settled on 4 stars and I will explain why. I truly loved Keenan's character in the first two books, so he was already deeply embedded in my psyche when I started this book. However, it was entirely plausible for Kieran to be what he was considering his past...but I had trouble validating Keenan's behavior with his past. Believable? Possibly, but he was more over the top than even Kieran and that's saying something. The things he pulled in this book made it really hard to go back to liking him, or even believe that there was even redemption for he and Sheldon. I loved the story, but it was hard to like the characters...often. But there was one scene towards the end that had every cell in my body screaming, swooning, and reduced to a puddle of goo and that's what did it for me...it was epic, so there you have it. Just like Keenan could melt Sheldon with a smirk, he had me too by the end."I'm asking for you to save my life because with every breath in my body, I love you. I'll love you until my last. Without you I am no longer someone with a reason to live."~~~Erika, Book Haven Book Blog

This is another installment in the Broken Love series by B
This is another installment in the Broken Love series by B.B. Reid. This story follows the story of Keiron's cheeky younger brother Keenan and the love of his life Sheldon.Keenan may not be his older yummy brother but in Fear Us he really holds his own. In this story we find out that Keenan has been away for four years after cutting contact with everyone but old enemies resurfacing and he is forced to return home after Keiron tracks him down. Keenan finds he is not the only one who has changed and suffers a few shocks of his own long the way. This is another tale of drama, suspense and a whole lot of sexiness. The books oozes chemistry and will leave you feeling hot and tingly all over.Keenan is all grown up and doing a whole of brooding these days but his old charm is still lurking just beneath the surface and every now and again we are treated to a glimpse of his old self. This is another outstanding story from an author who deserves so much more than 5 stars. S he has delivered yet another quality story, so gripping you can't put it down and let's face it, why would you want you?

deserves more than 5 stars!!!!
I didn't think anyone could be as dark and twisted as Keiran but hey bring on Keenan who has some messed up s*** to deal with, he did the only thing he could think of doing and he ran, he left his 'brother' and the one person he thought he could rely on, the one person he thought loved him, Sheldon!Fear Us jumps 4 years ahead, where Keenan has had time to dwell on his past and change into the hateful person he has become and when he is dragged back to face his past he wants nothing but to destroy those who care for him, but can something or 'someone' bring him back to the boy he once was, the boy who just wants to be wanted!!!!I have to say B.B Reid has a way of making me fall for the bad boys, when i read these books i am not interested in hearts and flowers, i want them as bad and broken as they can get and B.B delivers this 100%Get to it and read these books you will not be disappointed, it is full of drama, hot tatted guys and awesome sex scenes, what more could a girl want hey!!

4 Obsessed With This Series Stars
Fear Us is book #3 in the Broken Love series.OK so it’s 2.46am and I just finished this book, I’ve read the first 3 books of this series today and as you can guess I’m pretty damn obsessed by these characters. This book is Keenan and Sheldon’s story.Warning this review contains spoilers so read at your peril.I enjoyed this book, but for me it didn’t work as well as the previous two.Kieran was an a$$hole to Lake but Kennan was worse to Sheldon and for quite a lot of the time I didn’t like him at all.Sheldon fell pregnant and even after her child was kidnapped and then rescued Kennan then deliberately kept Kennedy away from her mom so he could try to exert some control.Honestly I hated him for that!!The sexual games and tension was there between this couple but it just didn’t come near the intensity of Kieran and Lake.I just struggled to see Kennan as the cold faced a$$hole he tried to portray himself as.Kieran got the better of Lake but she loved it.Kennan just seemed to hurt Sheldon and I didn’t find that very titivatingThis story posed SOOOOO many questions but never answered any of them.Don’t get me wrong I’m still obsessed with this series but I just didn’t love this book as much as I did the first two.Fear Us gets 4 stars from me.

... I got to say even though this book was good it wasn't as good as the pervious two
Fear Us picks up 4 years after Fear You ends and I got to say even though this book was good it wasn't as good as the pervious two. I seriously could have slapped Keenan pretty much all the way throughout the book. He is definitely not the Keenan we were used to in Fear Me and Fear You where he is always smiling, happy and cracking jokes. I miss that version of him and hope he comes back to us. Maybe in Breaking Love?Anyway, I understand why he ran and i understand why he was hurting but I hate when people play the victim and think that gives them the right to hurt everyone around them and that is exactly what Keenan does. Like, HELLO! You cheated on Sheldon and left her. See could slap him! And if you thought Kieren was a jerk you wait and see Keenan in action. Jesus.Sheldon was amazing, I always liked her in the other books but this one shows us how strong of a person she really is. She put up a fight and never let Keenan get what he wanted without some sassy or work. I hated the way Keenan came back and started blaming her for what happened (I don't want to spoil anything) it wasn't her fault and he wasn't there for 4 years so I personally don't think he has any right playing the blame game. Like I said, I could of slapped him!I can't put my finger on it but there was just something missing from this book, whenever Keenan opened his mouth, I was rolling my eyes. There was two circumstances where I could not believe he actually did that he did and if he have already read the book you know what I'm talking about and when you read it you will know. I just couldn't get on board with him, I felt him to be selfish and the ending where he knows he can't live without Sheldon and gets her back I thought was too sudden. I wanted to see him grown more into the old Keenan and to grovel more. It was like Jerk one chapter the next 'baby, i love you'. I know he will never be the same but what he became was bad, fingers crossed he grows and they live happily ever after because although i'm not 100% with him, Sheldon and Keenan deserve to be happy. Now, Where is Willow? Can't wait for breaking love!

I need more now x
Absolutely loved this instalment. In the beginning I thought all would be well and main issue would have been Keenan and Kierans relationship, never did I expect such a storyline with Keenan and Sheldon. I hated Keenan for more then half the story, whilst wishing that Sheldon would stop giving in to him, ignoring what her body wanted and listen to her head. In the end Keenan did what he did because he loved Sheldon, his demons were getting the better of him though. Di....as a character has a lot to answer for because I'm thinking that she was behind Kennedy being kidnapped. It was good to read about all the characters coming together, minus Willow. Dash and Willow for the next instalment, they should be together. I cannot wait. Please do leave us waiting to long B.B Reid x A MUST READ FOR EVERYONE xxx
