Are these actually Apple, with serial numbers on them?

I looked at all the charging cables that CAME with my iphone, NONE of them have a serial number or anything written on them. Wth are these other people smoking? These are legit cables but apple accessories are horrible. My cables last a good 2 years then it rips and you gotta buy another one. So much for Apple quality. Same with their iphone cases, terrible quality lasted a year. And I ordered directly from the Apple store.

Does it comes with wall charger ?

No, this is the cable only. The wall charger brick is only availability separately.

I bought this charger, thinking it was an original Apple charger, but my phone is not charging on it. Is this not an Apple charger?

It’s definitely an original apple charger

Are these the cables made and sold by Apple?

Yes, these are the official Apple-brand cables.
