Great workout bands

I love the variety of “weights” that this set of isometric bands cover. They are nice and thick and hopefully won’t snap/break easily (time will tell?). Very easy to use and they don’t require a lot of space in order to use them. They also come with a storage bag and door attachment so that I’m able to vary my exercise routine. My spouse liked them too and so I had to order a second set!

Absolutely love this!! Our home gym needed bands and very happy for these. Thick to thin depending on quality and resistance. Portable to take anywhere. Easy to use. Definitely good for a workout value and functionality.

Not sure about it yet. It just arrived today. I don’t like the sticky, oily look & feel on the bands. It makes me feel that Sony oil will cause bands to pop. One band that I checked had black oil looking stains on it. I’m leery of using it but I have to test it. Will update later w/hopefully a better score (or not).Otherwise, packaging was nice. It came with a carrying bag, a sheet with a workout guide, and for lack of a better word, something that sort of looks like a pulley. But I believe it’s what you hook to the door to prevent slipping as you do workouts from the door.
