You can never be sure if it is bad luck or straight up faulty batch that they are selling here.requested a refund,perhaps it is better to buy it straight from the brand.gave an extra star because Dyson's build quality is superb, shame to see the electric work is subpar

The item was opened
Got my delivery on time , but unfortunately the item was opened in the past and it can be clearly seen after removing te box . It should not have happened to anyone and it’s not acceptable for women to use such an item because of personal hygiene . Hopefully it can be resolved .I do have picture proves that indicates that the item wore opened.

What a life changing experience. I have very long hair and I used three of the attachments on my hair the first time. I think with some practice I will be able to master this product

Expensive, but I Love It
I was hesitant because of the price, but the Dyson Airwrap has been really easy to use and gives my hair a smooth, polished look without feeling like I’m using as much direct heat. I especially like being able to switch between attachments depending on whether I want curls, volume, or a smoother style. The long barrels are also really helpful for longer hair. There is a little bit of a learning curve at first, but once I got used to it, styling became much faster. Definitely a splurge, but I’ve been very happy with it.
