It's great. My cat loves it. I might end up having to reinforce with duct tape, but for now it's holding well without extra reinforcement. My cat loves that there's both horizontal and vertical surfaces to scratch.

This is a great item if you have normal cats. However if you have savages like I do then you will spend a but if time wondering if this item was the right choice instead of a reinforced steel one. It got destroyed in less than 15 minutes. So no, it is nit appropriate for ligers.

My cats love this. It is kind of hard to figure out how to assemble it. I had to use a glue gun to keep it together. The cats love to stand and pick on it. The bottom part keeps the "pickings" off the floor They also like to pick on the bottom and then sleep there.

For what it's worth, my cats love this scratching board because it gives them a horizontal and vertical surface. I prefer something nicer looking, but it is hidden from sight. It is expensive for cardboard - I feel like I recycle so many boxes from Amazon that I should be making my own! - but if it keeps the kits off the furniture, I'm pleased that the money isn't going to new couches.

I don't know why but mine came with one of the sides where you can only find it up and the tabs point outward. There is literally no way to put this together on that side unless we cut the flimsy cardboard and use duct tape. The strip of adhesive on the top didn't hold the top on (which it makes zero sense to fold the top down, just ship the thing in longer packaging) the cardboard ripped with the adhesive just stuck to the ripped cardboard so now we have to duct tape the top straight. I am really pissed I paid for this item. It's weak, flimsy, impossible to assemble without duct tape and scissors because its made wrong, the instructions make no sense and I would never buy this item again and will not purchase anything from this seller again.

What a Scam!!I am fairly intelligent, but apparently I just paid $20 for a bunch of cardboard puzzle pieces, with no instructions included. The diagram insert is useless because the illustration doesn’t match the product and everything is so flimsy....plus none of the tabs stay in place if or when you follow the incorrect diagram.I’m too lazy to go through the returns process so I’ll just let the kitties use the square little scratch pad insert while it lies flat on the floor, with no structure. I’ve been Punk’d out of $20 ... YOU have been warned!

I was hesitant to get this. I thought it would just be too cheaply made since it was cardboard but i was proven wrong. This has lasted quite some time now and the cat loves it. Worth the investment and saved my new couch.

My dumb cat loves this thing! It’s enough like a box that she feels right at home and she loves scratching on it. It’s keeping her distracted from scratching on our new living room furniture!
