These cards are great! Not only are they color coded, numbered and put into easy to read exercise groups for you but they also have a QR code on them that links to a quick video on how to do each exercise! In case you’re like me and need to see it and do it to fully understand it!

Very helpful and useful. Pictures and explanations of movements along with a bar code that links to a video. Easy to understand the format, helpful suggestions for routines, the cards are a good size, easy to read, easy to use, sturdy and durable. AS a beginner to PIlates, I can say they are Beginner appropriate, may be more than that, but I wouldn't be one to judge that.

The card are a pretty good size. I was afraid they would be so small that I wouldn t be able to read them. Also, they are pretty study. I am not a big work out person but I do a little bit of exercise , about 15 minutes every night if possible. For my level, they are perfect. I pick 1 card from each category and do the reps. This is not for people that are hard core on exercising. This is for the moms that want to keep firm. Ps: the marker is great and easy to erase. I would not keep the marker in the card for many days on. I don t know if it will make a mark.

Purchased to help with my classes. So far so good.

Very helpful

As a beginner, these were quite helpful for learning basic moves. The difficulty levels are noted, so you can start with the easiest and work your way up. I’ve had them for approximately one month and am now starting on the hardest ones. People have noticed and commented on my improved muscle tone and slight weight loss.
