I started taking bearvanna two months ago and saw little results accept for increased appetite. Switched to these and gummies saw my butt get firmer and more plump fairly quickly. this does not do anything besides make my hair all over my body grow like crazy. like biotin on steroids. it made body hair I zapped off grow back WTF. also giving me insomnia and my appetite is barely there. got it in July, no improvements body wise and I can’t return. think twice about buying this because it doesn’t do what it claims.
