Berberine Phytosome, 120 Vegan Capsules

One of the best berberine supplements I've ever used (and I've used a bunch)! This berberine phytosome supplement has one of the best absorption ratios that I've ever used. I have been using it for over a year, and it has repeatedly helped to keep my glucose levels below an A1C of 6.7 and lower. I usually only need to take it once in the morning. I admit that I use other supplements in combination with this Feel Good Berberine Phytosome high absorption supplement but this is a staple of my glucose control supplements. I have not experienced any side effects and is works well with the other supplements that I take. There's 120 capsules from which I get 60 days of use from one bottle. I recommend this Berberis based phytosome product.

Effectiveness

I have been taking Berberine from this maker for about 9 months. The quality is excellent. It is easy to swallow, and for me, it makes a difference.
