Runs small. I wear a size eight/nine, so I ordered the medium, which is definitely tight. In hindsight, I would have gone with large. Other than that, it looks more complicated than it is to put on. But once it's on, the compression and hold are tight. A couple of scratchy spots on the Velcro straps - corners mostly. A quick snip of the scissors fixed.

I purchased this brace after suffering from a sprained ankle. This brace is extremely sturdy and supportive. It is easy to lace up and secure. The cross supports provide additional stabilization and the velcro is very strong. I would recommend getting a size that would be comfortable to wear with socks to avoid too much rubbing on the skin.

StrapThe best support!I have bad ankle issues, but I love going out walking and working out on the treadmill. It's hard to do when you know your feet will be screaming at you by the end of it. The braces, made for athletes, are easy to use. Slip on, lace up snugly, and wrap the velcro straps to stabilize. Made a 1 hr walk that was tricky to finish into hours of activity without pain.A plus is that they are light and thin enough that they can be used with most sneakers and hiking boots

The media could not be loaded. I bought 3 ankle braces to try to find the best fit. Like shoes, they may fit some feet better than others.The Z athletics is the closest one to the popular ASO brand but it costs significantly less. I was so hoping this will work but sadly, it doesn’t .I still give it a 3 star because it could have been my foot that didn’t fit, not the product.It has some nice features like the back of the ankle there’s a stretchable/ flexible piece. The ends are all sewn, unlike the ASO.In the end, after test wearing it at home for a couple of times, I feel pressure on top of the brace which was uncomfortable. The bottom of the brace starts to cut into my circulation. I tried loosening the lace and refit the brace but ended up with the same results.My shoe size is between 6.5-7.5W, larger end for boots. The front of my foot is wide but rest of my foot is narrow/ slim. I’m about 5’1, 100lbs.See my comparison against the other two brands.I hope the video review helps those shopping!

Exactly what we were looking for. My wife had foot surgery a few years ago and was issued a brace to use when foot pain comes back. Its been a while since she had discomfort but remembered using the brace for a few days helped for a good amount of time. We lost the one the doctor gave us and only had memory to go by. We remember that it had laces and a wrap around the bopttom of the foot, and a wrap on top to secure it in position.This brace was exactly what we were looking for. It offered the same protection and support that the one from the doctors office had but this one has the added benefit of all the straps being secured to the brace itself, now she cant lose them like the last one. This foot brace is perfect for her and said it was much more reasonably priced than the one the doctor gave us that was almost triple the price.
