Automotive Authority LLC 4" Round Access Hatch Cover Deck Plate for RV Marine Boat

I have a 1989 Dodge D350 one ton rated pickup truck. The HVAC on this model year does NOT have a cabin air filter.After watching a couple of youtube videos, I discovered that I could cut a 4" hole in the heater box inside the truck cab then install this deck plate.Works like a charm. Looks good too.It is not what it was made for, but is a DIY dream for solving how to clean out the heater box inside of the truck.

I am renovating a 25 year old motorhome and had a hole in the bottom of the water bay. The closure was missing and this product fit perfectly and allows the discharge hoses to fit through it when opened. Exactly what I needed!

I needed an access hole in the floor of my fiberglass boat that my arm would fit to help in water draining. worked great. It was the size as stated. sealed well. Thanks for a good product.

There's not a lot to it, but it does it's job. The part that opens seems to fit well and it all seems decently made. I used it for an RV water tank so it's easier to get in there and clean it out well. Does the job. Marked off one star because the sizing seemed slightly off my expectations (solved with a jigsaw) and because a gasket would have been nice (although that's easily solved with some butyl tape).

Very easy to install. Good quality.

Added on to my RV's water bay. Of course I didn't have the correct hole saw 4.5" but Bezos does. I did have a half round rasp that got the extra 1/2". Overall took less than an hour to install and works fine.

Worked for what I needed on my boat. Big enough to get my hand in to tighten some bolts which is exactly what I needed and looks good to.
