Great product. Its a beautiful piece but you have to remember to hold the base and the glass cup at the same time cause the base isn't fully holding the glass. The glass broke fairly easily so I had to buy another. Great for what it does though.

I adore this product. Not only does it look beautiful, sleek, and modern, but it's also very safe and functional! I worry about leaving incense unattended, but due to the smart design of this incense holder, I feel comfortable walking away from burning incense for a few minutes. The incense is held by the golden clasp and it points downward into the glass cylinder, so it catches all of the ash, every time. It makes cleanup a breeze, too! I love the way the incense smoke billows upward out of the glass! The glass cylinder is loose from the wood base, so I secured them together with clear museum putty. I'm thrilled with this purchase and I enjoy it way more than I expected to, so I use it all the time!

I LOVE MY INCENSE HOLDERS. Someone said not to use it cause it burns the incense faster and it does so I brought some baby rocks from the dollar tree and filled up the bottom of the glass cylinder to place the incense upright. It works well and catches the ashes! And to clean the rocks I use a strainer to rinse the rocks, allow the rocks to air dry and put the rocks back into the glass cylinder.

This is such a pretty piece. I love how simple it is. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I don't like the clip. Other then that it's a great product.
