I love this "Lido+ Lidocaine Cream | Pain Relief Cream Maximum Strength | 4% Lidocaine, 4oz Tube + 4 Sachets, Enhanced with Natural Ingredients for Joint & Muscle Pain Relief, Made in USA ". I have several injuries that involve my shoulder and neck and an area of sore skin and muscle where a lesion was frozen off my skin. This cream has helped more than all of the others I have tried. I've tried all the big name "cooling" menthol gels, the horrible smelling liniment types and none of them have given me the relief this Lido cream has,it works to numb the pain that the freezing treatment caused and it has enabled me to fall asleep when my neck and shoulder are aching. It will get me through the pain until surgery, and I am grateful for that. This is a good product and value.

I pulled a muscle in my neck last week and have been using different creams and patches to get some relief. Most of them have been mentholated types and I admit that I'm getting tired of the hot/cold thing going on in my neck region. Thankfully this Lido cream has no odor and doesn't heat or cool my skin. I massaged a dime-sized amount and got some much-needed relief. Sadly it doesn't last long (90 minutes or so) but combined with an ibuprofen it was effective enough to give me a few hours with less pain.This cream was delivered in a sealed tube. It has no smell and doesn't leave my skin greasy or sticky. I like that this has no scent as smelling like menthol isn't that appealing to me at work. The little sachets will be handy at the office and I'm glad they're included.While I wish the effects of this cream would last longer, it's about the same as every other cream I've used. I believe the Lido cream is more expensive than other creams I've tried, so consider that if you plan to buy it.

The cream is supposed to help with pain, it seemed to have very little effect. Maybe it's just not enough lidocaine.

Lidocaine is a fantastic pain relief tool- I’m used to the patch form, but figured I’d give a cream form a try as well.This cream works very well- it has a cooling sensation initially, then it starts to help with relief. This is a slight numbing cream as well, so I would recommend using a cream application tool or a glove to avoid getting it where you don’t need it!The cream itself is 4 fl. Ounces, which seems pretty generous for this type of cream, along with 4 small travel packets as a bonus. I think this is a great value, as you have some for your medicine cabinet and some for your desk/car/locker as well.If you are in need of pain relief, this is a great one.

I've tried a bunch of different pain creams for my neck, foot, and shoulder pain, and this one is the best so far. It doesn't have that menthol smell that I hate, and it actually numbs the pain for a while. I like that it comes with a big tube and some travel packets too. Just note that Lidocaine only masks pain short term and won't fix anything.

I love that this comes in one big tube but with several smaller packets because I can keep some in my car, diaper bag and travel first aid kits. I actually wish it had more small packets because they feel more sanitary and are so lightweight. The actual lidocaine is pretty standard in my experience. It definitely does help numb but is pretty superficial and doesn’t last a really long time.

I don't feel like there is any sort of irritation, and I appreciate that there is no hot/cold sensation. The Arnica is a familiar ingredient, and the other skin soothing ingredients are a nice addition. I like that it is made in the USA, and the extra travel packs are a nice perk.Works as well as other products of this type I have tried, but without the sensation and scent.

It is nice they include several travel packs but other than that, I do not find anything special about this product. It works just like other lidocaine creams I've used.
