Nice mats & excellent vendor
This is the second heat mat I've ordered from Warmly Yours. It works well and the toasty warm floor feels nice in the cold mornings. If you send the company your floor plan, they will send you a diagram of how to install the mat and the correct size to get, allowing for the 6" offset from the wall.If you plan to install something that will go into the floor, be sure you don't hit the cables. Either leave a gap or only drill close to the walls.
