If I could give this more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! The TheraICE PROpack gel ice pack is incredible. Amazing quality and flexibility!
This ice pack is genius! Not only does it form to to any part of my body, it stays cold so much longer than any ice pack I have ever had. The 12x15 is big enough for my back, yet can be wrapped perfectly around my ankle or my knee. It is so versatile!

Best ice pack ever!
Finally, an ice pack that isn’t as stiff as a board! It’s bendable to form wherever you may need it and isn’t hard bulky or uncomfortable. Stays frozen well after the doctor suggested 20 minutes per use.

Really good ice pack
Stays cold for a while .and is a good size. Doesn’t drip like other ice packs . Can shape to your skin depending on where you use it . Been using this ice pack for back pain for year, very durable . Very helpful .

Effective ice therapy
Super cold. Love it. I place a thin sheet on top of it and it feels great. Once it loses some of the cold temperature, I use it without anything. It’s perfect for 10 minute ice sessions. Love how flexible and effective it is. I purchased the 2 pack too. Highly recommend!

So much better than a hard ice pack. Size Small perfect for neck, frozen shoulder and hip pain. Re-ordered the medium for my husband’s back. Very cold. I put it directly on my neck and fine with that but if it’s too cold just put a layer between your skin and pack.
