The product work very well, in the case of my 2009 BMW you do have to have an AUX cable plugged directly into the wire harness provided to the car in order for it to work. I’m happy with the process speed. The graphics on the screen are great and the AirPlay was a much needed convenience for the car.

Can not get all speakers to play. No technical direction available. Can not make other functions work as well. Very disappointed in this item. Past return date, so I am stuck with this bad experience.

Works as advertised on 2004 BMW 530i, adds GPS navigation, apple CarPlay, sends music to car speakers, voice commands to iPhone, and displays high resolution backing camera video. Made the car feel modern again. Very satisfied with the purchase. Installation is moderately complex and the car needed the Aux input activated with Pemp module, plus aftermarket backing camera. Took about one weekend to complete but it was well worth the time and money.

Great quality image from screen, apple car play works great and connect automatically very fast, instalattion is not easy and requires a professional to get all functions and sound to be as expected.

It was very straight forward, make sure you have aux activated before you install but besides that this is a very easy upgrade, also it honestly upgraded my sound? 😅

Done everything in the book and no sound. I have a CCC system and swapped now I have no sound.

J Jensen has done it yet again with an incredible upgrade to BMW 3 and 5 Series. I am so impressed with everything about this unit. I've installed many car radio systems in my day and this one is exceptional. First of all, the screen itself is an incredible upgrade. The picture is extremely clear and clean; with vibrant colors and absolutely zero lag when using the navigation. It pairs effortlessly with both Android and iPhone, with no problems syncing information. Additionally, this is an instant upgrade to the sound system, even with the older speakers still installed. If you really want to make it even better, you can always replace with newer speakers, but the original are just fine with the systems built in equalizer. The fit is flawless. It looks like it came with the car, so there's no issues with gaps or it not fitting. This is truly one of the best upgrades I've seen in a long time, I cannot recommend it enough. Overall, there is no reason to not LOVE this car radio system. Definitely recommend! You won't be sorry!
