Good for relax and Headache

Neck comforter backward bender
This neck pillow works as a neck comforter and spine aliner. Since it gives backward neck stretch, it work as chest opener which improvises breathing. Deep and long lung breathing help to get more oxygen. Backwards head bend increases blood flow for head.

Product is hard and stiff on your neck while using it.For me it's just crap piece which is not designed or made after medical research.
