No this is not fast drying at all. Maybe only fast drying when it is used as a very thin layer.

Item package had been opened and then taped up again. Did I get someone's return. Not new.

Someone literally tore open the package, took out the product, and shipped me the trash. Good product, were I actually to receive it.
