I've been having really bad brain fog and low energy the last 6 months. Some days I felt I could barely put sentences together. I’ve been using them 2weeks and I skipped2days by forgetting.I didn’t notice anything until 3rd day. I wake up super early and by 11 I just want to pass out. This is where I noticed an improvement of energy! I no longer feel a crash by midday. It’s not like drinking a monster if that’s what you’re looking for . I feel I can pull thru days without needing to nap. You have to apply patch in different locations or they leave a red mark. Patch needs time to stick ,so I wouldn’t apply right before gym or it may sweat off.i will keep buying these

I want to say that I was able to get some energy boost when I was doing this. I have a lot on my to-do list each day as I like to keep myself busy and normally crash around 3 pm, but not with this! I was able to maintain my productivity levels and keep my energy going. I am still wearing and I don't see anything impacting my immune system as of now, but I will give it another week to see. It definitely helps with drive, focus, and getting things done. Will continue to use it.

These left dark marks on my skin shaped exactly like the stickers and they don't go away! I would like to return it but it's out of the return window. Such a waste of money and left me with ugly marks on my skin!

Patches do not stick well at all. Clean dry area on hip lasted10 min.
