Very helpful - I can no sleep and not have my mouth fall open & get all dried out - waking me up. I gave it only 4 stars for a couple reasons. It is made of neoprene which gives it a nice stretchy fit. The only problem is that it makes your face sweat along the part of the straps that are on the side of your face. So . . . I sewed some cotton pillowcase material in a tube shape around the chin strap & up along it to my ears and that mostly stopped the sweating. Now I can wear it all night. It is simple to put on, once you figure it out. I can put it on in the dark by feel, if I decide in the middle of the night that I want it. Takes a bit of getting use to, like anything.

This product was way too big for a woman (women pictured using it) and the chemical off gassing was off putting. Sending it back

this is a good product if you can adjust it so the ear openings are over the ear when adjusted to keep your mouth closed. I have a normal size head but when adjusted it goes over my ears and is uncomfortable.

Not comfortable

I put it on easily, and it fit so well, and felt so comfortable that I was amazed. I don't think I snore as much; I don't wake up as many times as I did before. This chin strap is short of a miracle. You can wash it in the sink every 3-4 days, and it dries right away.

Put it on first night and slept all night with no problems, no dry mouth. I wear it every night. It is comfortable and I do not even feel it. Very happy withpurchase.
