Great value for money. Very convenient and works well with my Samsung phone. Also able to to charge whilst I listen to my music (I've returned back to wired headphones).

I tried several DAC 3.5mm adapters to get different high quality wired headsets to work properly with my OnePlus-13 phone. Several didn't work at all, while others were marginal and/or intermittant, or had lousy sound quality...but this one worked perfectly...and its form factor is the most compact, light weight, best looking and most convenient of all that I tried! Excellent design and manufacturing quality and really clean audio. QUICK TIP: If you have a OnePlus-13, first set your "USB default mode" in "Settings/Developer Options" to "File Transfer/Android Auto" - and all shold work well - either with or without turning on OTG mode in "Settings/Accesibility and Convenience" before you plug in a 3.5mm audio device. BTW, OnePlus-13 only stays in OTG mode for 10 minutes if not connected. That doesn't matter for the DAC adapter, but it's important to remember that if you're using OTG - such as with an external SSD drive, etc. Power Amp Pro Equalizer also works perfectly with YouTube Music Premium (both on and off-line) using this DAC adapter!

It is good. The style is a little awkward with my Ipad as it got stuck with the ipad case because of the design. But I have to push it good to work. It did work. I only have it for 2 days so if something comes up I will be updating my review.

It's only been a week at most since getting the adapter. I've had no problem in getting it to work on my tablet. The audio quality through my corded ear buds is as good as when they would be directly plugged into my older tablet with a 3.5 audio jack. I've stuck a USB-C power cord into at the same time and there's no issue with charging my device or with the charging causing any audio issues. For the money this is so much cheaper than buying another set of blue tooth headphones. For work I always have a corded set of ear buds for the PC towers. It's nice to know that I have a way to listen to my tablet without one more item to worry about being charged and ready at any given moment. I like too that they clip into each other and leave nothing exposed when I store it in my bag. The item fits nicely in the palm of my hand as well.

Just arrived today. Works fine. Just a couple of things to consider - since this is a 90° USB-C, full insertion may be blocked if you bought this for a phone and have a thicker phone case. It seems to work fine with mine, but it doesn't seem fully inserted. The weight of the 3.5mm/usb-c end pulls on it, so instead of being parallel to the phone it's hangs at about a 2° angle.

I don’t know if I just got a bad unit but I purchased it in November 24’ and it was working great for the first few months then started getting spotty. Fast forward to September 25’ and now it only works at a certain angle like a charger that’s gone bad. I haven’t tugged on it or damaged it in any way so I’m unsure why it’s no longer working properly but it’s definitely upsetting. When it is angled just right it charges and transmits the sound well.

Adapter gets hot while using and drains my phone's battery. I've used it three time as an audio adapter only (not plugged into a charging cord) and each time the adapter got very warm. It also drained my phone's battery about 30% over a few hours of use. Seems to be unsafe to use.

The BENFEI adapter totally exceeded my expectations. The construction is solid, feels good quality and works without any interruption. I connected it immediately and it recognized the devices instantly.

Este adaptador para minijack de auriculares (el standard de 3.5mm) es útil si queremos conectar auriculares con cable a cualquier dispositivo que no tenga salida de auriculares, por ejemplo, cualquier iPhone desde el iPhone 7 en adelante, o un iPad de los nuevos. Gracias a este adaptador podemos seguir usando nuestros queridos auriculares cableados (y que, dicen los que saben, tienen potencialmente un mejor sonido que los inalámbricos, aunque eso depende mucho del material a escuchar, la app que usemos para reproducirlo, y, por supuesto, la calidad de los auriculares). En mis pruebas con unos buenos BOSE QuietConfort la verdad es que funciona MUY bien. Nada que configurar, aunque traiga un pequeño manual, que no es muy necesario. Y la entrada de carga (USB C) nos permite cargar el móvil o el iPad a la vez que se escucha por auriculares. O sea, podemos escuchar ad infinitum. Esto resuelve el problema de que cuando usamos un adaptador normal para auriculares, nos quedamos (en el iPhone o en el iPad, al menos) sin posibilidad de cargarlo, ya que usamos el único puerto que traen. SONIDO En la prueba de audio se comporta perfectamente. Obviamente depende de lo que le eches, pero simplemente reproduciendo pistas de Spotify en alta (que ni siquiera es lossless) obtuve una gran calidad de reproducción. Excelente respuesta en frecuencia y definición. La frecuencia de muestreo es de 96 kHz (podría ser un poco más alta, pero está bien, de hecho es probablemente igual o mejor que la del DAC interno del adaptador de Apple) y 24 bits (lo cual es mayor que la calidad de un CD, que es de 16 bits). Buena relación señal/ruido. La distorsión es muy baja, no es nivel superaudiófilo, pero probablemente exceda los casos de uso habituales. PRUEBA DE CARGA El conectar un cargador a la vez que se escucha música no añade ningún ruido ni zumbido. La entrada de carga admite hasta 60W. La probé con un iPad y lo llevó a carga rápida máxima enseguida (unos 37W aproximadamente). También llegó al máximo al cargar un iPhone. Así que muy bien. EXTRAS Soporta control de volumen y pausa y avance y retroceso de pistas si tus auriculares lo soportan. Se puede conectar un micrófono (o auriculares con micrófono). Además soporta OMTP y CTIA, los dos estandares de conexión y alterna entre ellos automáticamente según sea necesario, para que el micrófono funcione bien en todos los casos. De todos modos el micrófono interno del iPhone o iPad sigue funcionando si sólo conectamos auriculares. Bonus por el color, que me encanta. Punto menos porque el manual está solo en inglés, pero esto no es grave porque es completamente innecesario. RESUMEN En resumen, altamente recomendable para uso normal, con excelente relación calidad/precio. Los audiófilos que busquen lo máximo de lo máximo (y tengan archivos de audio lossless y equipos y orejas adecuadas) van a tener que gastar muchísimo más. El resto de los mortales tenemos más que suficiente con este bichito.

Funciona en ipad, Samsung Galaxy e incluso en el portátil.
