This neck and shoulder massager is so relaxing, you can just close your eyes and enjoy! It is uncanny how it feels like a person is behind you kneading away. You can control the temperature and speed to suit your comfort needs and it has straps to rest your arms in, which in turn keep the massager stable in the right position around your neck. It switches off after 10 minutes, which is the recommended time to avoid stretching your muscles too much. It is compact for storage and practical as it needs charging with the provided USB Cable when it first arrives (which takes about 3 hours for a full charge), but is then operational for about 10 hours. It has a removable sleeve, which covers the massage heads and means you can keep the product clean. This is a product I have already built into a routine of relaxation, so I highly recommend it for purposes of well being and creating some valuable ‘me’ time!

The media could not be loaded. This product is saving me. Didn't expected the quality. Didn't expect to be battery operated so you can charge it up and walk around the house doing chores and this to still do it's thing. And yes it does come with a belt that goes like a backpack so it does stay in place when you move! I use it every day fort plexite. Size wise is amazing - fits exactly where is needed. At first I saw the small box and was sceptical but my goodness the functionality! Massage wise - perfect, all the types and the heating function is just what I need.

The massager arrived quickly and well packaged. I found it easy to use once I'd got used to it. The function I prefer is the one on starting the device. I find it very comfortable to use and the charge lasts for ages. I didn't need to charge it when I received it a few days ago and haven't charged it yet even though I use it daily. It's really handy being able to use it cordless. I do find it a little heavy to lift over my head to get around my neck into position but I have got a sore shoulder at the moment. I find it very effective and soothing and the warming function really helps. I bought a back massager from Snailax about 4 years ago and it's still going strong. Highly recommend!

A bit heavy to lift over your head if you have painful joints, however once you get used to the massage movement its really nice.

A great neck massager. Working mostly at a desk for long hours sometimes, I occasionally get some mild neck pain in that area, which the neck massager helps with. The heat function is good too and helps de-tense. Nice that it's cordless and rechargable as well. Overall would highly recommend.

I had a different massage machine which was pretty good but finally conked out after years of use.Anyway decided to give this a go. I was a bit sceptical at first because it’s a lot smaller than the other that I had but I must say I absolutely love it, I use it all up and down my back and well as neck, you can also use it on legs, hip area - anywhere really!The way the thinner prongs dig in is just devine! It really does give a good hard massage if that’s what you like.The heating action isn’t particularly great but I don’t care as the overall massage is so good. Like that it’s cordless too.

I already own a few massage gadgets, saw this and thought it could be useful as it's wireless.At first I was a little confused how it fitted into position and being a man I didn't read the instructions but after working it out, it works really well.It applies enough pressure to get a good massage and it has arm holds to pull down for more pressure if needed.The 2 speed modes are about right, I usually use the faster speed.It has a staggered mode which starts and stops but I much prefer the continuous massage mode.It's not very noisy, it's actually quite relaxing.Top tip, I like to tilt my head back which pushes the massager into my traps more, for some one who suffers a lot with those muscles, this feels great.All in all, I'd recommend this 👍

Love this so much. I suffer with tension in my neck and shoulders. This helps me with that. Love that it’s rechargeable so no running out of batteries.
