Xbox Console

Some minor exterior damage on the bottom of the Xbox Original Console model, but means nothing. works completely fine as if bought completely brand new, just like in the olden days of classic old world gaming. came surprisingly with some bonus saved data, but deleted it cos most of it didn't matter. very good price for an old model with a spare controller, that are notoriously fragile and tough to replace. Look after the controllers well, because they can break very very easily and play hell with controller functions during use, meaning that Microsoft Xbox Original controllers can malfunction easily. Definitely worth buying the console and old games, if old world gaming feels like a god damn long time ago and if today's modern games suck. And definitely worth it if you really really miss old world gaming! I recommend Darkwatch on Xbox, a fantastic game for some serious fun.

Do not buy this console or any products from a seller named ‘Under The Stairs’. I have bought and been sent this and a PlayStation 3, both of which do not read discs. Both consoles have dead lasers and faulty controllers / controller connection wires. Avoid them at all costs.

This original Xbox that I purchased for my 11 year old daughter she`s 12 now is still going strong,a real bargain for the 20 pound purchase price as she as enjoyed countless hours of entertainment.Thanks for a prompt delivery service plus a first class second user console.I would highly reccomend this seller and I am now in the process of using them again for a Game Cube also for the self same daughter of mine.

The Xbox works and plays great. The cardboard of the box it was delivered in was torn in places but that's the courier's problem, not the seller, as the box was not actually sent in a partially damaged state. I say partially as there was only light damage to the cardboard with just one small 4mm hole and the bubble wrap inside was fully intact and nothing was broken, as I found out to my delight when I connected it to the TV. All the right cables and power supply are there. It came with a new standard Xbox controller instead of the Duke but that doesn't actually bother me as A. it gives me an extra controller to use on top of the two Dukes I'd bought for it (as I assumed beforehand I may have had to buy Duke's separate) and B. I didn't know I could have just asked the seller for the original Duke instead. If I'd known, I might have asked. I initially left a different review for this product but the information I gave in that version of the review was not clear-The product works fine, the seller did a good job and I was OK with the standard controller despite preferring the Duke- and some parts of it were inaccurate i.e. The box's damage was no fault of the seller and "terrible condition" I initially described it as was not the right description, as I amended above. All in all, I think Entertainment Galaxy did a superb job and I am so overjoyed to be able to play Classic Xbox again for the first time since autumn 2006. I also apologise if my initial review upset them in any way as I intended no ill will.

Already bought this and got rid when going through a lot of my stuff, and decided to buy again as i didn't want to get rid of my old games. Replaying 007 franchise etc which are not backwards compatible on xbox 360/ Xbox one. I've really preferred this over the PS I've had, 2 slim ps2 which would both end up having a loose connection with the onboard jack. Disc read errors Memory card corruption non of which I've had with the original Xbox so far! A lot of games are noticeable smoother in fps, faster loading times, with the graphics as good as before! I would be interested if Microsoft brought back Xbox live for this console as an option, and bring multiplayer through backwards compatibility so you can play these older games regardless of what "gen"

So I brought this console really looking forward to it i found it better then the PS2 games looked great on the Xbox only to find out the mod chip of what ever it is a week later the Xbox I got a fault of it I get a flashing green and red light now with a black screen with a load of green words with an error code of 21 which is something to do with the dashboard and mod chip and my AV cable was broken wires were all twisted under the rubber cover.

Thank you Xbox extra games arrived quickly great condition couldn't ask for more
