One of the best additions to my kitchen! Really elevates shredded cheese experience at home. No more buying pre shredded cheese with fillers. Super easy set up and take down. Simple to clean (I just pop the pieces into the dishwasher). Great value since it works well and the blade plates have effective sharpness.

Use it weekly to grade cheese and love it can just be put in dishwasher.

Large opening which made slicing potatoes very easy.Big block of chesse fits very nicely.

slicer is to thin for cucumbers. Need one about twice as thick.But makes great hashbrowns out of potato's.Got to try some cabbage for coleslaw.
